My Weekly Powerup | #club100 | Black & white photography - The road to somewhere | #steemexclusive / 4 photos

The photos were taken on a day tour from Purmamarca to Salinas Grande in the north-western corner of Argentina. We were staying in the small town of Purmamarca and did day tours from here. One of the days we drove up to Salinas Grande, a salt flat located close to the border of Chile and the Atacama desert.

The distance is only som 65 / 70 kilomerters but because of the winding mountain roads the speed was limited to 30 / 40 kilometers per hour. The landscape was amazing those and even it took us a couple of hours of driving it was worth it. The salt flat itself is huge and the third largest in the world.
