CSS Contest -Share Your Home - Cooked Meal - Pork Casserole

Happy Ramadan to All !Good evening with homemade meal, already eaten a long time ago :)
Necessary products:
800 g of pork - neck or shoulder
5 potatoes
2 carrots
2 onions
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp. tomato paste
Bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp sugar
50 ml of oil
50 ml of white wine
300 ml of vegetable broth
basil
parsley
Method of preparation:
Vegetables are cleaned and cut into large pieces. The meat is cut into thicker pieces and placed in a clay casserole. Add the vegetables to it, salt and add all the spices, tomato puree, oil and wine. Everything is mixed and poured with the broth. It is covered and placed in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. The degrees are then reduced to 160 and left to stew for 2 hours, after which the lid is carefully removed and baked for another 20 minutes.
