Food Photography Challenge - Week 42 - Jet pancakes.
If there is the most delicious dish that takes a long time to prepare but is eaten at jet hypersonic speed then these are pancakes stuffed with minced meat or cottage cheese.
Both the meat and sweet versions of this dish disappear from the table faster than I have time to think about something I have to come to terms with the fact that this bun was very tasty.
Knowing how difficult it is and how many actions need to be completed before the jet pancakes end up on my plate it makes me treat them as a very refined and hard-to-find dish due to their labor intensity.
