Your resource state (experiment)
Hello, friends!
Today I'm doing a little experiment.
In one of my past lives, I was a practicing psychologist.
My specialty was working with people who had experienced a traumatic situation in their lives.
Among other things, I did audio sessions and burned them to CD.
I can't embed an audio session in a post, especially since it will be in Russian.
I tried to adapt part of such a session to text format accompanied by photos and pictures from artificial intelligence on my assignment.
I don't know how workable this format could become.
I'm interested in your feedback
The proposed exercise is aimed at finding your resource state.
All you have to do is find a pleasant incident in your life and experience it again.
If we succeed, I will make a sequel to this exercise and you can use your positive resource at will. And I will think about other exercises.
Read the assignment slowly and try to do it right away.....
Get into a comfortable body position
I will give you simple exercises to do.
At any time you can interrupt the exercise if you wish.
and now, breathe freely, evenly.
Find an incident in your life that is associated with a pleasant experience.
It could be something from a vacation, a holiday, meeting a loved one, or anything else.
I don't know if you'll see a bright happy picture,
or if you hear a welcome voice, ... a melody, the sounds of nature
maybe you'll feel light or warm or something else.
...
but it will be an experience of positive emotion
and you will return to that situation now.
Find such a pleasant occasion ...
and now pay attention to what you see.
What objects, animals or people are in the picture
how many of them are there, how far or close they are to you
what color the objects are, what the people are wearing.
notice how clear the picture is that you see.
the picture may be in color or black and white.
notice the colors and shades
Imagine that you can control the parameters of the picture -
contrast, brightness, saturation.
adjust these parameters as you wish
pay attention to sounds
you can hear someone's voice, birds singing, sounds of nature, music, or something else.
you can recognize words, phrases, melodies.
Pay attention to volume, rhythm, timbre.
Try to adjust them as you wish
immerse yourself in the world of sounds
Now listen to your body.
Pay attention to bodily sensations
You may feel light, uplifted, or peaceful and calm.
You may feel warm or cool.
Feel your posture, body position
you may feel smells and aromas, taste and tastes in your mouth.
Feel the clothes on your body, if any
you can feel your emotional state.
you may find that the emotions that you felt then,
are coming up right now.
dive into those emotions.
you can intensify them or adjust them as you wish.
savor these positive emotions
and these emotions have a sound and a picture.
put them together.
Enjoy this moment.
we have achieved the desired result and will be finishing the exercise.
take a very deep breath in and a vigorous exhale...........
congratulations, you've done it.
notice your emotional state now.

We had a Steemian in Deutsch Unplugged, @umdenker, who tried something similar. As a life coach, he tried to convert his sessions into an online format. This failed for several reasons.
Your text is good, you limit yourself to simple, short sentences. Perhaps an interested reader can read the text aloud to him or herself and record it. With the repeated playback in connection with your pictures, I think one comes quite close to a bio-feedback experience.
Please continue this; it could be really exciting...!

Unfortunately, I don't have someone who can adequately do a voiceover of this text so that I can record it properly.
Not all exercises will be effective in text format. They are best done with your eyes closed and listening to an audio recording.
But I'll try to come up with something :)
Yes, you mentioned that. That's why I suggested that the readers themselves could create such recordings. I don't know if it makes a difference if you hear your own voice...?
Live speech (audio recording) has its accents, intonation, pauses - all of these have a certain meaning.
Even the impact of an audio recording will be different than if I were doing a face-to-face session with a particular person.
But if someone makes a recording in their own voice and listens to it, it will be more effective than a screen-reading format.

Даже воздействие аудиозаписи будет другим по сравнению с тем, как если бы я проводил сеанс с конкретным человеком в очном формате.
Но если кто-то сделает запись своим голосом и будет прослушивать её, это будет эффективнее формата чтения текста с экрана.

it's a good idea and it's crossed my mind before. But it's hard for me to approach someone with such a request.
I haven't heard any of my friends' voices and I don't know how they sound in the recording. That makes a difference, too.
Besides I see another important point. The translation from Russian to English should be "adequate". I'm not quite sure about automatic translators. Although... as you said, simple short sentences could be used.
I'll have to think about it.

это хорошая идея и она уже приходила мне в голову. Но мне трудно обратиться к кому-нибудь с такой просьбой.
Я не слышал ничьих голосов моих друзей и не знаю как они звучат в записи. Это тоже имеет значение.
Кроме того я вижу ещё один важный момент. Перевод с русского языка на английский должен быть "адекватным". Я не совсем уверен в автоматических переводчиках. Хотя... как ты говорила, можно использовать простые короткие предложения.
Надо подумать.

То же ресурсное, только максимально равновесное. Ресурсное может быть насыщенно эмоционально. Из него принимать решения не всегда возможно. Эталонное дает делать это без ошибок.
из ресурсного не надо принимать решений. Оно для пополнения своей энергии, подпитки, восстановления.
Это просто ресурс.
Эталон как и идеал мне представляются недостижимыми, разве что как указание желаемой цели)
Это просто название одной техники(не из классической психологии)

Totally understandable. However, I think this is a unique idea. Maybe recording and listening to one's own voice serves as the solution, or maybe not. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the effort.
