Do you have any idea what you are posting here?

It seems you are using AI to generate content and then spinning words to bypass AI detection. This is not permitted.

Cc: @steemcurator01 (I'm sorry, I didn't want to bother you by tagging, but this issue is getting out of hand. I think the newcomer's community should have some verification policies where newcomers are informed that AI abuse is not allowed. Whenever we catch someone doing this, they later claim they were unaware because they are new. If users are informed about the consequences beforehand, they will probably avoid such actions.)

Thank you to everyone who commented here and shared their opinions. I know you are all making every effort to guide newcomers, and my intention was not to point fingers at you. The problem is not limited to this user only, and I am aware that he is not a newcomer.

However, I have observed that mostly newcomers are involved in these kinds of activities. Recently, my friend @kouba01 also caught similar cases in the crypto academy.

My point was that there should be a specific pinned post in the Newcomers' Community about AI abuse. This post should list users who have been warned, muted, or banned, with examples of their actions, and explicitly caution newcomers.

This way, if newcomers come to the platform with the intention of earning through AI abuse, they will understand the consequences. When they see that many users who engage in AI abuse and vote farming are being muted or banned, they will be deterred from continuing these actions.

And my friend @inspiracion is right; there should be an additional achievement task related to AI abuse, similar to how there is one for plagiarism. I think that would be a great idea.

Moreover, If you guys can think of any out-of-the-box solutions to tackle this problem, it would be appreciated. Thank you once again for your time. 😊

AI-based content is trending nowadays, and this is not a good thing. And you are right that mostly newcomers are doing this. I think it would be good when the greeters verify a task; they can add the post of that link that you are mentioning in the comment, and when the newcomer reads the verification comment, he or she will also read that post, and in this way they can avoid it from the beginning.

Some YouTubers are also misleading people by painting a rosy picture of earning opportunities. Watch this video, especially from 4:50 to 5:00 minutes. In it, the person claims you can generate content using ChatGPT and earn money on Steemit.

Furthermore, he also explains other things incorrectly. Very misleading video...

Yes we can do something, when we guide them we explain the basic principles, and achievement 3 is about how to avoid plagiarism. It can also be included there to avoid the use of AI.

However in this particular case mentioned, this is not a Newcomer, and you can check their profile, it is an old account that was recently reactivated. Part of the recommendations when verifying is to review the user profile, this can give you an idea of the origin of the problem in each case, to whoever is performing the verification.

Greetings Mr Steemcurator01

Any information that generates understanding for users can be useful, however, I can see that the user in question is from 2021, so, in one way or another, they will have already learned that content originating from AI is not allowed.

Beyond guiding users from the beginning, the review work that each of us does in our communities will always be important, with the aim of reducing support for accounts that use AI to generate content.

I am always available for the well-being of the platform.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take platform etiquette seriously and have been educating new users on best practices. During my video calls, I normally emphasize four important rules: do not plagiarize, avoid using AI to generate content, engage with others meaningfully, and power up at least 50 % of your reward to grow your account. Most users follow these guidelines, but it seems that @sajidmunir - an inactive user who recently returned - may not be aware of the rules against AI-generated content. I will monitor his activity, and if he does not comply, I will not hesitate to mark his account as abusive in the Newcomers' community. Thank you for trusting us; we will continue to enforce these guidelines.

This is what we are worried about from our friends newcomers who we have successfully invited to join the Steemit platform, we have invited as many as 21 newcomers and we continue to provide guidance to them through WhatsApp groups or face to face when meeting to always maintain the sanctity of the platform by not using AI or plagiarizing. We also encourage them to increase the power of their account, and create video guides if needed.

Hopefully, a little work we've done will help mitigate this problem in the future.

It is a shame to see how some users continue to try to misuse the platform, I can assure you of the great work done by the Greeters team and moderator to fight against this and other bad practices that week after week we detect and report in a timely manner, despite this we can always continue to improve as a team

Hi, this user joined this site before you and I did but as the price of Steem appreciated this fellow tried something in the community where results are assured. Maybe he is not an ignorant but hard-core opportunist. I feel users like these should not go with "First Warning" but be banned forever.

I agree with you. However, I will tag the admins here to see what they think about muting him.

Actually when you started this mission we were together in this but you pulled off from it for reasons best known to you! I suggest you contact people who can go deeper into this for instance Gorilla and Co. We need them here in case we wish to keep this platform neat and clean.

I will certainly reach out to them if I need help or notice any serious abuse. However, I would prefer to avoid direct confrontation with those who have higher rank and reputation. I think you understand why I am saying this...

I know that and I mentioned it right in the beginning. And you're not alone because I know no one wants to do it after a certain limit, not even the ones who know it.

I have also seen that this user has a very doubtful history on the platform. Muting such users on the first warning is a better option rather then allowing them with a warning (as this thing can effect the newcomers as well).

While, we should warn only those users who are new to platform and do not know the basics of content etiquette. In this case, muting him is the best option.

Great job, let's join our hands to make the platform neat and clean 🤝

It's great to see that people are expressing their opinions to make this platform better. I agree with @waqarahmadshah that providing proper guidance to newcomers is crucial for making this ecosystem stable and better.

I believe this responsibility shouldn't only fall on newcomers MOD but also on those who bring new individuals to this platform. Ultimately, even the steem representatives should intervene in such cases because they are role models and should guide new users. Through these methods, we can significantly curb unnecessary actions on this platform.
