Being a women, I little girl in her childhood wish to become a good teacher and as well a inspirational principal to grow the shining future of next generation and good management of education system as well.
Through this engagement challenge every young and talented girl explore her hidden skills regarding to build up a school and maintain her good education level among students for saking thier Future development.
What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?
Question is very valid and logically answer justify it's significance. Being a passionate wisher to think about if I were a principle than definitely I would prefer to lunch very healthy activities for both teachers and students for develop good rapport and easy understandable academia syllables for growth of school.
Beside's that I will organize
- Teacher training workshops
- Creative workshops for students
- School maintainance supervision and suggestions
- Teacher and parent's communication sessions
- Student counseling sessions
Much more for creative and healthy activities to grow our school reputation and give shiny future to our students.
What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline ?
I would like to suggest some key points to Respected teacher's regarding maintenance if descipline.
- Be fair and healthy relationship with students
- Keep the room clean and well organized charts, time table and white board as well
- Teacher giving rewards or punishment to the students should be logically and clear without any taking self intension
- Set clear goals or schedule for class and should make assessments for student's preparation
- Always teach students in simple language accordingly to their mentality and use daily ruitne examples for easy understanding lecture
Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?
Sports always play crucial role for the healthy growth of students. We always busy in indoor studies. Should participate in sport's and motivate students by giving rewards for appreciation as well.
Schools should have always lunch fun and interesting games to attract couple of students for actively taking part of physical growth and mentally development as well .
Hence, sports itself very healthier activity to promote in School, college and university level as well. Not only boys , girls should also encourage to take part for enhancing their confident level.
What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).
As I said above, Students and teachers relationship should be fair and un fear. Students always feel free and comfortable to ask any questions accordingly to their acidemia.
Teachers provide easy atmosphere by keeping practical experience examples and healthy little tasks among students to solve it in groups for their mutually understanding amongst class mates as well.
At last, tell us about the personality of your school principle in your matriculation level.
I am now married and really blessed to recall my matric respected teachers and well organized and groomed personality of matric principle. I haven't get chance to visit in her office. But I always see to her walk around outside and inside our classes for supervising and monitoring of teachers teaching and students learning assessment as well. Still I remember her stunning personality and roaring voice in assembly Time.
Through this engagement challenge, I would like to say, I love and respect my all teachers and principals, because if I am here for working genuinely and getting rewards of my hardworking is just because of thier effective efforts for us.

Thanks for quality blog with steem4bloggers. Yes teacher training program is always mandatory because training will enable teacher to guide student in advance way . There must be student teacher parents meetings that will also boost up the performance of students as well as school.
Sports are always have positive impact on the physical and mental health of the students. In this way there is development of leadership qualities as well as teamwork.
There must be least communication gap between students and teachers so students must not feel hesitation in asking questions.
