Steemit is a decentralised platform. We have different people from different countries of the world constantly writing content and trying to earn some money from here and get writing opportunities.
But every now and then, some dishonest people are using multiple accounts, removing Steemit rewards, and powering down after some time.
So in that case, I think Steemit should be banned by Steem Cleaner, like in 2017, if any multi-account user is found. And have the matter realised by a country representative.
Since Steemit is a decentralised platform and we are constantly creating content and getting rewards here, it is important to keep it clean. If a person unintentionally writes with artificial intelligence, all curation of their posts should be cancelled and all rewards stopped for one week.

But I understand one feature above all, and that is that if a user gives power down due to necessity, then the period should be a minimum of 90 days, i.e., three months excluding one month.
Because dishonest people work on Steemit, after receiving rewards, they power down within a month, no longer work on Steemit with them, and run away.
So for me, the most new feature of the Steemit platform should be added, and that is that the power-down period should be at least 90 days.
