answering several questions that have been designed in such a way by the community team about what if I were the school principal, and of course I would fulfill all school responsibilities very well and responsibly.

Actually, the ones who are more objective in answering all the challenging questions this season are @muzack1 and @radjasalman because these two are real school principals and are very experienced in that field. Even so, I will also try to present myself as a school principal and how I will play my role in education very well.

What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

When you become a school principal, you will automatically have a big role and responsibility to make the school a place that will be considered the best place academically for students. The first thing that must be done is to ensure the quality of educators by conducting special training for all teachers so that any knowledge that is to be taught to students can later be transferred properly and on target.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?

For me, discipline is very important and cannot be negotiated, because without strict discipline it is difficult to ensure that the school will develop properly.

There are many cases where discipline is only applied to the lowest elements, in schools discipline is only applied to students, in the office discipline is only applied to ordinary employees, even in government, discipline is only applied to the lowest level. Therefore at my school it will be different because discipline is very important and cannot be negotiated.

To apply discipline, it is necessary to have clear and strict rules, so that no one will violate it. The rules that I will apply apply to all those involved in the school, from the principal himself, teachers, students, security officers to janitors. treated equally so that there is no reason not to be disciplined, because the rules apply to all.

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you want to do to encourage the sports boys/girls in your school?

Sport is an activity that needs to be developed up to school, because sport is a very important part of body health, students who have a healthy physique will have an impact on the intelligence of the mind, so that enthusiasm for learning will arise if students can be sure that they are physically and mentally healthy first. so it can be ascertained that sports really need to be promoted in schools.

To encourage male and female sportsmen at school, I will organize various fields of sports very well, so that all students, both boys and girls, will get equal rights in the field of sports they like, I will also look for a special teacher in the field of sports who will focus on students who have the potential for certain sports, so that our school will have representatives every season to take part in every Olympics that will be held.

What do you do to provide the easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students)

The role of the principal includes all the important elements in the school, even up to ensuring a level of comfort for students and teachers when participating in the teaching and learning process takes place, so it is necessary to create various aspects as supports to provide an easy atmosphere for students to learn, such as study rooms. adequate facilities, adequate laboratories, to complete school equipment and develop an effective curriculum to be applied to students.

In addition, the feasibility of qualified teachers is also an important aspect to make students comfortable and provide an easy atmosphere for students to learn, because the teacher's ability to handle each student can create a comfortable atmosphere for the students themselves.

The principal is an important part that will be seen and followed by all elements in the school, therefore the principal is required to have a good level of personality in all respects, so that it can be used as a foundation as a means of modeling for teachers and students in school. .

The principal's personality is very influential on leadership in schools, so to become a principal must be a person who is intelligent, polite, and of course has a firm disciplinary attitude.
