What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

Conducting academic supervision activities can have a variety of objectives. There have been variations in the methods, techniques, applications, and teaching materials used in class teaching. Many current events are influencing the students. However, supervision directly affects the teacher and not the student. It is necessary to encourage self-responsibility in new initiatives by knowing the interest of teachers through academic supervision, the need for training, the barriers to creating an academic environment in educational institutions, and the suggestions of higher authorities in its transition and the initiative to solve the lack of administrative and teaching materials, etc.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of descipline?

A well-ordered classroom is essential for the success of students and teachers. Developing classroom management skills is critical to maintaining a respectful and learning-positive atmosphere. A bit of skill and planning and keeping students engaged with your expectations and the outcomes of their activities will pay dividends in your lesson's attention span and overall engagement.

5 Ways to Manage Discipline in the Classroom :

• Create consistency :
  Students are responds favorably to a consistents approach to discipline. Your students must know what is expected of them. Make clear your expectations for behavior in your class from the beginning.

• Ensure that punishments and rewards are clear :
  Involving students in creating rules or codes of conduct for the classroom, such as designing a poster for a display or a reward system, is one way to create your expectations for class culture. Ensure that there are rewards for good behavior and punishments for negative behavior.

• Don't reward distractions with attention :
  Most of the time, students perform poorly due to boredom, isolation, or attention-seeking. Refrain from letting lousy discipline take over the lesson - deal with the incident and return to the learning activities you planned quickly.

• Keep things exciting :

It includes the classroom, all instructional features of teaching and learning, and the safe classroom environment required to plan and implement all learning activities properly.
