The best place for you to go is somewhere in nature. You want to feel the natural beauty around you there and indulge yourself completely into it. The best time you think is the sunset or sunrise. Yes dear these two timing of the day are my favorite too.
You want to take your mother to those places along with you and make feel her all the natural beauty there. I wish you see too many beautiful spot with the abundance of nature along with your mother.

Definitely, sunrises and sunsets are the best, but they are most beautiful when we are surrounded by nature.
My mom would be happy living on top of a mountain surrounded by fruit trees and beautiful flowers, as well as near the beaches, since she was born in a place surrounded by the ocean.
Personally, I would be very proud to be able to give her that pleasure.
