Hi @kouba01! Great explanation of education reform in Tunisia! Your suggestions are comprehensive and well thought out. Your emphasis on teacher training and development, student engagement, and involving parents in the education process are all important aspects to consider.
The "filter system" you propose is also a unique and potentially effective solution.
Overall, a well written and informative post.

I thank you for this outcome of my vision of education reform. Indeed, the main problem remains the weakness of the two components, and education can be reformed with a budget that allocates 97 percent of it to salaries, and the educational role of teachers and professors has been abolished, in addition to the absence of pedagogical renewal that is mainly based on teaching knowledge.

I completely agree with your observation about the weaknesses in the current education system. The allocation of a significant portion of the budget towards salaries is a step in the right direction, but it is equally important to focus on pedagogical renewal and the role of teachers and professors in order to bring about meaningful and sustainable change in the education system. Without proper support and resources, the education reform may not have the desired impact.
