Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life or, as it is sometimes phrased, to the change and manipulation of the human environment.

Technology is everything which makes our life easier. We all use many technology devices in our daily life. For example, I can mention some important devices like smartphones, Fridge, Television, Laptop, Hair dryer, Smartwatch, vacuum cleaner and many more.

How much time is spend with my device

I both take advantage of some professional work and waste time on my phone. I use my phone for about 5-6 hours daily.

• I can take pictures of my research work on my smartphone.

• I use my smartphone as an alarm clock.
• I use my smartphone as my notebook. I write a small note and save it for the future.

• I communicate with my family and friends with this smartphone.

• With this device I write, post, comment, and re-steem in a word I am active on this platform.

• I can browse with this phone and learn new things.

• There is some important and useful app such as GPS and maps which helps me many times.

• I read books (pdf format) on this smartphone.

• Listen to music, watch movies, and drama with this.

• There is many more function of this phone which helps in my daily life.

Cons :

• Using or looking at the phone screen can damage our vision

• It kills our valuable time.

• The phone makes me a bit lazy

• Playing games on phone become an addiction and any kind of addivtion is harmful.

• High chances of losing money due to fraudulence on the internet or buying data for the internet.
