Hello friends how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Today with this post I am participating in a new contest of Engagement Challenge. That contest is really very interesting and fun contest.
I will participate in this contest by answering some questions about how I will fulfill the responsibility of the school as a head teacher and how I will play my role in the field of education. And I am very excited to participate in this contest because it is very interesting topic.

I think as a head teacher of a school a head teacher has a very big role in school education and discipline. Of course, to make a school a good school and to make it the best school academically, there are many steps to follow. In that case, in addition to giving more priority to good quality students, those who are weak students should also be given more importance and teachers should always pay attention to how much importance they give to their students and teaching techniques and how much time they give. Regular records of every student should be checked and they should be guided accordingly. Besides, proper measures should be taken to maintain school rules and regulations. A school should be taken forward by thinking about all these things and it will be possible to take the school forward academically.
Discipline is a very important aspect of a school. Discipline is very important for moving a school forward and for the reputation of the school as well as for good results from the students. Of course, the teachers of each classroom must make sure that each of their students comes to school on time and follows the school dress and all the rules and regulations of the school. Besides, the use and movement of students are very important. So I must always tell the teachers to maintain discipline first to be polite and then if need be strict then it must be because if discipline is not learned in school then in future life they will go out of discipline which is absolutely desirable. not

I think sports should be promoted at school level. Sports is a part of human entertainment that we all need a lot. Especially in a school, sports are very much needed because through sports in school, students will be able to exercise along with studies which is very important. Besides, students get bored while studying, so if the matter of playing can be spread among them, then their physical health will be good as well as mental mentality will be good. And if the mind is good, studies will be good.
And I will definitely organize different kinds of sports in school to encourage boys and girls to play sports which they will like. And I will try to do it once or twice a year by having an award ceremony. I think it is very important in their mental development. And if one wants to be a sportsman in future then his development should start from school life so I will definitely try to increase the promotion of sports in my school.
A head teacher needs to do a lot to create an environment where students learn easily. First of all you need a clean classroom with enough chairs and tables and all necessary equipment. Then what is very important is a good quality teacher. I think a good quality teacher can help students a lot in terms of learning to develop them properly. If a teacher wants, he can train many students from one of his classes. So definitely the role of one's teacher is immense in creating an easy learning environment for the students. So I will definitely try to ensure that with a good environment and some good teachers.
The principal of my school was always of the extraordinary label. His personality his speech everything was amazing. He was an idol of all of us in our entire school. All the other teachers and students in our school followed the personality of our principal and tried to act accordingly. Because of him my school was such a successful school. He made our school a smart school with his personality and intelligence. In short, all students who have had such a principal have benefited greatly.

You have listed some really nice points, indeed it is the responsibility of the principal to make students comfortable at learning firstly by making the classrooms clean, chairs comfortable to sit for hours and facilitate the students with other facilities too.
