I want to tell you some back story. Steemit team knows very well about the condition of our community in Bangladesh. Our country's communities have been broken many times before. Moreover, cryptocurrency is not allowed in our country. So we can't do this job professionally. I have seen Bangladeshi users doing a lot of good work in various committees.

Currently, our country's users are already leaving due to the lack of support for Steam in our country's community. When we started working, the condition of the official community in Bangladesh was very good. But now I suffered a lot as a Bangladeshi user due to the worsening situation.

Anyway, with everything aside, we now move on to the details of our contest. Currently two new @msharif and @ripon0630 country C.R of our country are working very well and I will leave my favorite and try to talk about it in front of you.

I would like to know about my favorite community committee. My favorite community is the official community of my country that is currently newly opened. Newly Bangladeshi users got the opportunity to work here. We have all started working together since the beginning of the community. Steam for Bangladesh This is our community of Bangladesh.

In order to work in a community on a very important matter, it is not possible to work with the community unless a user must have knowledge and special relationship with that community. Because here you can see the community on many and different types of topics but not everyone works in all communities. Everyone has at least one of their favorite communities to watch.

As the community of my country I definitely give priority to our Steam for Bangladesh because it is the community of my country. Here we continue to try to borrow the community that we have started working on.

This is a Bangladeshi community and I am familiar with everyone here, moreover those who are working in the administration are colleagues of our estimate. We have been working together since long ago and were slowly moving forward. Currently Bangladesh is not covered by steemit team, so we as Bangladeshis have to work in the community for our country. We all started working with the aim of making the community successful and continue to work. I am active online almost 24 hours a day. And continue to show Steem for Bangladesh community. But I work here 2 to 3 hours. In total 23 hours I prepare and the rest of the time I am busy giving comments and replays of posts.

Of course the community can improve. If I am the moderator of the community, there are many things that I have to work according to the direction and plan. There are many things that need to be done. A moderator's responsibilities can be many types such as setting up plagiarism, setting up procedures, commenting on all posts, and if there is any problem in any post, those posts are selected, identifying bot users, selecting top posts. I can do all of these tasks very easily if given a successful administration and a moderator, so if this responsibility is given to me, I will definitely be able to work well after seeing everything. In order to manage a community well some administration implements the work well. Every community works exactly like this. So to work with you, you have to be responsible.

Many times it is seen that many things new users do not know. So talking to them and teaching them about things that they don't have ideas and knowledge about.

How successful the community can be depends on a moderator. Acting as a moderator is very easy and very difficult. I can say as an active user of course working as our moderator in steem for Bangladesh community of course I will work for comments and work together with everyone.

The three topics you mentioned, health, medical gaming, and many more, are not discussed on the steemit platform. No doctor gives advice here and no doctor posts on any topic. Doctors and medical subjects do not. Health Medical Gaming is not affiliated with our steemit platform. So there is no discussion or talk on our steemit platform about these issues. Actually they are not in our steemit platform.

I think these things are necessary and important for our steemit platform. We should think about them a lot. Posts should be made on our estimate platform on these issues and our activities should be increased on these issues. We should work on these issues because it is important.
