What are the main causes of eyesight weakness?

Keeping of our eyes good is very important for live in this world. We have to perform different works such as education, earnings, to view different places, and many others etc. so in order to perform these tasks of daily life , our eyesight should be good enough. But now a day’s people did not pay attention to their eyes and as a result their eyesight become weak. There are certain factors which contribute towards our eyesight weakness:

Health Problems

In people there are health Problems that leads to eyesight weakness. Such as headache problem including migraine and stroke these leads to eyesight weakness. Direct contact with sunlight can also cause harmful effects on our health as well as on eyesight.

Improper Sleeping

Improper Sleeping or sleeping for less time also has some danger effects on our eyesight.Sometimes there are dark circles below our eyes which are due to less sleeping and more usage of Laptop and mobile and other devices.

Over use of mobile and Laptop

Now a day’s people work continuously days and night on laptop and mobiles without taking break . This will cause the dryness of eyes because there is reduction in the blinking of the eyes. After continuous using of screen it also effects retina of the eyes so after that we unable to focus properly.

How can we prevent eyesight weakness?

We can protect our eyesight weakness by doing certain things such as

We should not continuously use our mobile phones and laptop screens, there must be certain gap so that our eyes get the rest from radiation of screen.Because these radiations are very harmful for our eyes. While you are using laptop and mobile always be a protective glass so that ultraviolet radiation may not penetrate into eyes.

Always use proper diet.These days people prefer fast food and other unhealthy things that also affect their health as well as eyesight so it is need of all that people should eat fruits and other ingredients that are good for their health and also improve our eyesight. Vitamin C necessary for our body and to improve our eyesight this can be obtained from oranges and other fruits .

Have you ever used the eyesight glasses? Tell us the reason of using such glasses?

No I have not used the eyesight glasses because Alhamdulillah my eyesight is good. Although i have used glasses while travelling which prevent my eyes from direct sunlight.
I always prefer to protect my eyes. Because For seeing the beauty of nature in the world these ayes are used .

It is said that seeing natural things Help to improve our eyesight , what do you think about these saying?

Yes, seeing the natural scene can improve the eyesight. There is certain reason behind this because if we are seeing natural scene there will be less uses of screen and ultraviolet radiation penetration so the strain will less.

Natural areas and watching natural things have balance light in daytime or in evening so this will not affect our eyesight. To improve our eyesight there must be more blinking of our eyes and when we see the natural areas there is more blinking of eyes so that's why it is good for keeping our eyesight good
