Being a school principal is a very big responsibility because we have to be able to make the school we lead better by continuing to produce quality and moral students. Here are my entries for this week's contest.

What would you do for the growth of your school in academics?

There are four things that I will improve in the academic field to improve the quality of students in the school that I lead.

1. Teacher Quality Improvement

The teacher is the most influential person in the school environment for the development of students' potential, the good way of delivering a teacher will affect many things to students, therefore I will select the readiness and personality of the teacher to teach in my school.

If the teacher can pass the test well then I will choose to teach at my school.

2. Material Upgrade

In education, improving material is no less important than the greatness of a teacher, this material plays an important role so that students can understand every lesson given by the teacher and must be in accordance with the curriculum set by the minister of education.

3. Improvement in the use of the method

If you already have a good teacher and good material, then I will make an improvement in the use of teaching and learning methods by using good delivery methods so that students can better understand each material that the teacher teaches.

4. Improving the quality of learning

As time goes by the teaching and learning process will run smoothly but that will not make the quality of learning increase, there are several ways from me to make students more qualified in learning one of which is I will ask the teacher to always provide learning motivation to students so that they can be more enthusiastic in learning.

I will also organize a number of competitions and contests so that students can be more active in their studies so that they can get good awards from academics.

What tips would you give to the teachers regarding the maintenance of discipline?

To achieve success in any field, what we really need is discipline, especially in our careers, especially when it comes to education, discipline is the main thing that I must emphasize to the teachers who teach at my school, here are the tips I give for the discipline of teachers.

1. Fill in attendance in the morning at exactly 08:00 in the morning and there is a tolerance of 5 minutes until 08:05 in the morning, if during that time the teacher does not fill in the absence then I will give a fine in the form of a decrease in salary at the end of the month if the teacher has I have repeated the same mistake 3 times, this also applies to myself as the school principal and in our country this rule has been enforced.

2. Before going home the teacher must return to fill in the absences at 14:00 in the afternoon after the teaching and learning hours are finished so that the teacher does not return home prematurely.

Do you think sports should be promoted at school level? What would you like to do to encourage sports boys/girls in your school?

Yes, because sport is something that is very important to apply to students, because in addition to improving health, sometimes students also have talent in sports, so after graduation they can take part in various Olympiads which enable them to achieve success in the field they are interested in. want.

To encourage my students who like to play sports, I will provide 4 hours a week for them to be able to exercise and train their various sports talents, I will also ask for proposals to the education center to complete all sports attributes in schools such as fields, equipment sports and professional sports teachers.

What do you do to provide an easy atmosphere for students to learn? (Behavior of teachers with students).

I will direct teachers to teach in a good and correct way, they must give lessons as if to make students consider the teacher as a friend without losing respect for a teacher.

I apply this so that students are not rigid in learning and they can freely express themselves in the study room.

Now I'm still in college and sitting in semester 8, one of the excellent matriculations given by our Chancellor of our campus is that every mid-semester he will hold a meeting to give us new insights about academics and ask for our opinion about every rule that has been implemented so that we and the campus academics can be open to each other.

With this we feel more relaxed while in college without undermining all the rules that have been confirmed by the campus.
