Forming a family that has character and has rules of life, so if we are parents in the family, we are precisely the head of the family, so we must be able to apply a firm concept of life in order to form a strong family.

Parents who are always firm in educating their children definitely have reasons and do not necessarily implement these rules to destroy the child's mentality, but behind all that there are certainly advantages and disadvantages.

• The advantages of strict parental behavior.

The firm behavior of parents in their family has advantages if implemented well because they can understand the procedures for living life such as being a good child and full of discipline so that everything is neatly arranged.

• The negative impact of parental assertive behavior.

The negative impact of strict behavior on children can occur where parents usually do not really understand the child's character so if they are too strict then the child will experience mental pressure so that they cannot live a good life and in the end their mental health will be disturbed.

According to an understanding of behavior, someone who applies a strict concept in educating their children must be smarter in seeing the child's mental level so that it can be anticipated as early as possible so that undesirable things do not happen.

Being a child certainly doesn't understand all the good and bad things in living life so of course if the strict behavior given by parents will often be violated, such as doing all activities with what is in mind.

There are many children we see around us, such as neighbors' children, our friends' children, who often cause trouble to their parents and go against their orders, which can make it difficult for parents to educate them to be good children.

The strictness given by parents can usually be a pressure for us as children because basically a child wants a free life and can do everything he wants.

A father and mother want their child to be a child who is pious and filial to his parents and useful to the nation and state because that is the greatest desire every parent has.

Being a child expects affection and love from father and mother and parents also always love and give affection to their children all the time, so if we are in the position of a child we must understand and comprehend what they want for us.

Being a child will expect from parents about the firm behavior given by parents so that it is not excessive and the method of strictness is given at the level of ability that we have so that our mental health is not disturbed.

Regarding this matter, those who are concerned with the impact of emotional blackmail will usually experience mental stress for whoever the victim is so that the person may feel excessive fear if emotional blackmail occurs frequently.

Remembering and wishing that this doesn't happen to our children, we must give feelings and affection with tenderness so that what we want will usually be obeyed and can make them feel that we love them.
