If you are new to DraftCrearte, I welcome you, make yourself at home. Our main goal as a community is to make sure everyone feels comfortable developing their creativity by inspiring others, creating an atmosphere of fellowship, growth, and mutual cooperation.

In the last few weeks, new members have joined our community. Many of them adhere to the rules, others do not, perhaps because they do not know them. They are also a bit lost and do not know what parameters to follow as members to get good results.

How to be a proactive member in our community.

In the first place, a proactive person is characterized by being part of the solution in any community or organization, he is interested in common problems, always looking for successful solutions that favor everyone.

DraftCrearte is not a place just to hang a publication and wait for it to receive a vote, if you wanted to do this I can tell you in advance that this community is not for you, since you will not have the expected results.

Now if, on the other hand, you want to go further with favorable results. First of all you must love the project and want to be part of it by deciding to be a proactive member. I assure you that you will grow together with us.

Next, I show you some parameters and characteristics that you must follow:

• You must feel at home (feel part of what we are achieving here).

• You must agree with the vision and mission of the community.

• You must be clear about your objectives within by taking the actions that help you achieve both your goals and those of the community, that is, ask yourself what would be your contribution to help others grow?

• Be interested in knowing the rules thoroughly, in this way you will not fall into errors that bring consequences and in turn with your knowledge you will direct other members.

• Be passionate and inspire. There is nothing better than doing what you love, creating inspiring content that focuses on teaching others.

• Work together for the community, DraftCrearte has growth goals and needs you.

• Integration is essential, for this we have our Discord channel where you will feel as a family. We take into account the active members daily in our general chat.

• For us it is essential that our members support each other, making positive comments on their publications, and to making constructive criticism for growth.

For this reason we have established that each member must make more than 5 daily comments on the publications of their colleagues and in addition to this, comment on all the daily publications that are edited from @crearte and the personal accounts of the team.

• Participate in the programs, contests and challenges that we propose each week.

• And finally, be a multiplier agent of the good news of DraftCrearte, tell others about your experience here, motivating them to be part of us.
