Win An Auction: Now What Do I Do?

What to do after you win an auction at Heart Farms:

If you have auctioned a parcel of land in HeartFarms, in any of its three existing extensions (Coast Emerald, Island Sapphire or Pelican Harbor), do not sign the smart contract in "heartfarmsio" to complete your accreditation in a few simple steps that are explained below :

Si has subastado una parcela de tierra en HeartFarms, en cualquiera de sus tres extensiones existentes (Coast Emerald, Island Sapphire o Pelican Harbor), debes firmar el contrato inteligente en "heartfarmsio" para completar tu acreditación en unos sencillos pasos que se explican a continuación:

If you see this screen on a plot of land you have won in your auction bidding, you are ready to claim the plot of land. The “endauction” contract action may be resolved by three different types of accounts:

The Winner of the Plot Auction
The Seller of the Plot Auction
The heartfarmsio smart contract itself

Any of these users are encouraged to resolve the auction through the endauction action. Click the blue END button to begin.

Si ve esta pantalla en un terreno que ha ganado en su subasta, está listo para reclamar el terreno. La acción del contrato de “subasta” puede resolverse mediante tres tipos diferentes de cuentas:

You will now see the “End Auction” window pop-up. This is a simple procedure, you go into your SQRL Wallet and issue the following command to the heartfarmsio smart contract.

Click “Tools” at top of SQRL Wallet once signed in. (see image)

In the dropdown for “Contract Actions” select the endauction. (see image)

Fill-in data from the “End Auction” screen into the smart contract fields as shown. (see image)

Sign and submit this transaction to the Telos Blockchain. Done!

Return to your land plot and if you refresh the data for the map, it should show you as the Owner listed in the top right. (And now instead of seeing your name in yellow letters, now you will see it in white letters, meaning that you already own and own your plot, Congratulations)

Regrese a su terreno y si actualiza los datos del mapa, debería mostrarse como el propietario que aparece en la parte superior derecha. (Y ahora en vez de ver su nombre en letras amarillas, ahora lo vera en letras blancas, queriendo esto decir que ya eres dueño y titular de tu parcela, Felicidades)
