God is in control of everything even when you believe that God does not exist, he loves you and helps you. All legitimate authority comes from God, submitting to authority honors God because submission is an act of faith, and is based on the supreme authority of God and this implies in every scenario that it does not go against God's principles. God brought you into the world so that you could live in peace and have a relationship with him. How? through seeking, intercession, prayer, keeping his commandments and living in obedience and submission to his word
