Learn To Invest In Knowledge:

The difference between men is not in their body sizes but in what they know. A chubby man can be empty while a lean man can be loaded with wisdom. It can also be vice versa. The difference is in their knowledge. Even for a believer, the difference between them is not even the God factor because they can both boast about God but it is in what they know in life and what they also know about God individually.

Hosea 4:6 (NIV)

my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.

God's people perish for lack of knowledge. So, even though they are God's people they can still not be helped beyond what they know. It is important to be a student of the Word. What you know will help you to stand out. In the book of Matthew, the Bible made us understand that Jesus defeated every temptation by "It is written". He studied to show Himself and was able to stand.

In any area where you are having a challenge in life, something has been written concerning that area. Therefore, you can study your way to victory over that area of crisis, be it your finance, health, marriage or anything. If you can find out what has been written then you can find your way to victory over anything.

Stay Teachable:

It is not everything you need to know that God will reveal to you directly. There are certain things you need to know that God has revealed to someone else. You can only know what you don't know if only you are willing to learn from those who know what you don't know.

Just because you know something very well doesn't mean you know everything very well. Paul said we all know in parts. You can know how to make money but not know how to manage it. Some might know how to manage money but still won't know how to multiply it. There is someone who knows how to manage money and also multiply it. There is always a 'how to' in everything about life that someone else knows.

There is how to attract customers. There is how to stay happy. There is a how-to start positive in a negative world. There is how to live long and how to stay healthy. There is even a how-to be wealthy and there are teachers for every aspect of these things. It is about having a posture to receive and learn from those who know.

If you add what you don't know to what you know, it doesn't take away from what you know but it only adds to it. You are better positioned because you know how to leverage the wisdom of those around you. I can tell what is in your future by the counsel you are willing to embrace in the present. Learn to stay teachable.

Matthew 5:5 (NIV)

Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.

The meek is someone who is ready to be teachable. It takes humility to be teachable. Humans hardly want to admit they don't know everything. Only the meek at heart can be teachable.

One of the ways to know you don't know everything and also to know you don't know enough is looking at your areas of struggles. Struggle is a reflection of ignorance. You can educate your ignorance so don't perpetuate it.
