Cuando les comento un poco sobre la iglesia y la sociedad ustedes tal vez lo primero que pensaran en sociología, la iglesia como institución creada por los hombres es una organización social, influyente en la vida de las personas con la enseñanza del cristianismo.

Es por ello que en este mundo tan diverso y convulsionado de diferentes problemas, aunada también la pandemia por el Coronavirus, que nos ha llevado a un distanciamiento social, la iglesia como institución debe ser la luz de esperanza que Cristo nos deja, para sobrellevar todas estas situaciones sin caer en la desesperanza y desesperación.

Recuerdo muy bien las palabras de un gran amigo llamado Maro Zambrano donde manifiesta que la iglesia es tan similar a un hospital, porque acudimos miles de personas a diario en busca de ayuda, orientación y sanación a muchos de nuestros problemas.

Es por esto que el papel de la iglesia es fundamental en la sociedad, y por ende está debe estar siempre enérgica, y alegre que contagie a la sociedad de valores éticos cristianos que nos conduzcan a un mundo mejor.

No debe haber problema político, cultural, social ni pandemia que la aleje de los creyentes en la transmisión de la buena Nueva del plan de salvación que Cristo nos ha dejado.

Es imprescindible de que todos aquellos que asistamos a una iglesia, seamos conscientes que está sin creyentes no existiera y por ende somos parte de esta institución social y nuestro comportamiento no se debe apartar de los problemas sociales, y tenemos que afrontarlos con amor tal como Cristo nos manda amando al prójimo como a nosotros mismos y en estos actos de caridad hacerlo observando el rostro de Cristo misericordioso en cada persona necesitada.
