Give up negative thoughts
Why give up a negative mind? The negative mind is never willing to see the positive side of things. The negative mind focuses on defeat, failure, and always saying, "I can't."
Negative thoughts only focus on the bad things. When problems come, the negative mind becomes opaque and will not let you produce solutions to the problem.
Living with a negative mind is throwing yourself off the precipice of defeat. If you do not change your attitude and negative thoughts, you will be paralyzed with terror in the midst of adversity.
The best way to defeat negative thoughts is to submit your mind to the mind of Christ. Renewing the spirit of our mind with the mind of Christ will lead us to a mind that will produce thoughts of victory when trouble comes.
The apostle Paul said it well and recommended it to the Lord's church, that it was important to renew the spirit of our mind:
and renew yourselves in the spirit of your mind, 24 and put on the new man, created according to God in the justice and holiness of the truth. Ephesians 4: 23-24

With a renewed, transformed and changed mind, we are able to produce positive solutions to problems.
If the mind has positive thoughts, it will surely help you to assume a positive attitude in the face of difficulties. The problem can be very big, but if your mind is positive it will help you face the challenge that is before you. The positive mind will help you take steps forward and not back down in fear.
The enemy may be well armored with a powerful army to confront you, however, your positive thoughts will lead you to remember the important moments when God delivered him on various occasions. If the mind produces positive thoughts, then victory will be at the doorstep of your eyes.
Now break down negative thoughts and begin to renew the spirit of your mind with the word of God, with which you will break down the negative arguments that imprison you in doubt and failure.
Have at hand the sword of the Spirit of God, which is the word of God and begin to replace from your mind the negative thoughts that want to throw you into the abyss of failure.
