Is Christ in charge of your life?

Today many people are claiming to be christians, but their lives are not like Christ. If I may ask: are you a Christian? How do you know that you are a Christian? When did you become a Christian? Are you sure Jesus Christ is in charge of your life?

In the old testamentProverbs 23:26 says:

My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

When did you give God your heart? Can you recalled the circumstances that leads to your repentance and are you very sure that since then till now that you are observing the ways of the Lord? Remember, your eyes is to observe the ways of the Lord so if your eyes have shifted and is observing something else in the world then you have missed the path.

In the new testament Jesus says in Revelation 3:20:

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

As a Christian if you have heard Christ knocking at the door of your heart and you open it for Him then continue in the faith, don't get distracted in anyways remember the days are evil and a distraction from God is dangerous to your soul because you know not when the king is coming to take us home.

When Christ is in charge of your life, you are a new creature, old things in you have passed away and behold everything concerning is new (2 Corinthians 5:17). Christ in charge of your life will help you manifest Him (Christ) everyday if your life whether in the secret or in the open, in your words and in your actions Christ will be seen because you are no longer in charge of your life but Christ.r
