Christ is the one who bears all our burdens, and if we leave the circumstances of our lives to Him, the Lord lifts us up and fills our hearts with hope. Some situations can be very difficult for us to cope with, but it is not too big or impossible at all. He promises us to refresh our weary souls if we cry out to Him.

The daily pressures that we live in at work, family, studies, and together with all commitments or responsibilities end up overloading the life of any person and absorbing their forces. Even the fact of living automatically repeating the same things day after day without taking time to rest, it is time to go to Jesus and rest in Him, leaving all our burdens that only leave us tired, stealing our disposition and our ability to enjoy all that is good. of this life.

The Lord's will is that we take his yoke upon us, which is very easy and that we learn to live like him, being a person with a meek and humble heart.
The Lord's promise for those who learn to live like Him is that we will find rest for our souls, and its condition that in addition to bearing his yoke we also carry his burden which is very light.
