Hi, Greetings to everyone, Warmly welcome in an other very informative and interesting theme of the last Week Delegation On The Steem Blockchain in very organized community Steemit Crypto Academy. Being a Delegator, I would like to share my acknowledgement about the significance of Delegation in the Blockchain of Steemit Platform.

Delegation means in the context of Steem blockchain, Is a transfer of a Steemit user Steem Power (SP) on temporarily based for different purposes. A user's Reputation and Voting Power in Steemit blockchain, known as Steem Power. Steemit Users can temporarily get another user's Steem Power through the process of delegation, but ownership of the tokens remains with the original user.

Explain in your own words the delegation process on the Steem blockchain, how does it work? What are its main goals? And Is it a safe process?

In Steemit blockchain delegation process involves a transfer of Steem Power (SP) from one user to another for a specific time duration. Before going to share your delegation process. Let me tell you the meaning of Delegator and Delegatee and related information to easily understand the process of Delegation.Here is a detailed description of the delegation process.

Who transfer it's own SP to an other Steemit user or Community	He is a receiver of Sp transferred by Delegator for a specific time period	Vote on posts & comments , Grow Community, Increase chance of Support, Increase reputation by getting rewards on its posts

This is me @uzma4882 Delegatee of Three active and Well known Communities of Steemit. I have delegated my own 2000 To Steem for Pakistan 502 SP to Steem For Fashion and Style Community and 502 SP to Steem4Bloggers Community. This is the current status of Delegation. Here with going to share step by step process of delegation.

⭐Step : 1

In step one , I have clicked on delegation which in Four options were there to see, Incoming, Out coming , Expiring and Delegatee. Then I moved my curser on Delegatee.

⭐Step :2

After clinking ok Delegatee then I have seen a block where in required information were asked to delegate Your Steem Power. I have added in the account of crypto-academy and added amount of 500 Steem Power for delegation.

⭐Step :3

In this step , they required our Steemit Private Key to insert it for completing Delegation Process. I used my Steemit Private Key for transferring 500 Steem Power.

⭐Step : 4

Here is you can see that I am successful delegated 500 Steem Power to SteemitCryptoAcademy Community. Now , I am become Delegatee of Four Supportive and Active Communities in the Blockchain of Steemit.

I have already discussed above in table form it's benefits or goals to transfer delegation to the Steemit user or a Community for a specific time duration without any fear or risk to lose its Delegated SP.

Have you ever delegated SP amount to a user or community before? If so, tell us, did you do so voluntarily or at the request of the party you delegated to it? And why did you withdraw your delegation?

Yes , Its back 2 years ago , When I was fully acknowledgement about the importance of Delegation. I sent my 1500 SP among three communities Steemit Pakistan, SIZ Community and Steemit Family Community As a Request and Volunteer based . I was also being Mods of Steemit Pak and Steemit Family Community for couple of months. But unfortunately Steemit Pak and SIZ Community Power down and Steemit Family is not active much as before. Therefore I withdrawal my Delegation from all of them and now move on others active and well known communities of Steemit whom I have sent my 2500 SP for growing and develop strong bonding with them.

Do you delegated SP without worrying about using it as long as you collect your daily or monthly fees?

Yes, Here above in my delegation status you can see that I have Delegated my 3500 Steem Power from total SP 6700 Something from couple of months. Recently, I have Delegated 500 SP to Steemit Crypto Academy Community for showing my dedication, Quality Participation in each engagement challenge themes of each week.

The basic purpose of delegation is to develop strong bonding with communities. Delegation is basically mutual support. Here with we can also enhance our chances of getting rewards from delegated Community. Community can also grow by sharing contests and distributed rewards by active users. Both can increase their Steem Power by this effective Process.

Are you with or against the SP delegation to the communities? Why? If accepted, on what criteria will your choice of society be based?

Definitely, I am always with SP delegation to the Communities. Because if I am getting rewards on my posts and then become eligible to delegate my own SP to communities is just because of community support for us too. If the community is also very sincere about their community users and grow with consistency through productive Contests and dedicated Community Team Member's then definitely I would be happy to be part of this community by adding my little support as well in the form of delegation.

Are you with or against the SP delegation to users without benefits in return? Why? If you agree, on what criteria will your choice of user be based?

Everyone is on Steemit platform for financial support of their self and for the sake of thier family shiny Future. Everyone is working hard in different productive ways to increase their SP , strong their Wallet and be professional strong on Steemit platform for become successful content writer as well.

So that I think, Without getting to know the clear and inspiring goals of Community whom we want to transfer out Steem Power, We can't be able to delegate our SP. This is for Community. But if we talk about the Steemit users then definitely I will delegate by SP to him without thinking about my own benefits. It's just a act of kindness to grow him successfully on Steemit.
