La idea de usar casas de cambios es comercial e intercambiar entre criptomonedas, de tal forma que existen personas que depositan sus activos en exchanges centralizadas y las dejan allí almacenadas por algún periodo de tiempo, en ese tiempo corren el riesgo de perder lo invertido, estas perdidas pueden ser causadas por Hackeo o Robo por parte de un tercero que tenga acceso a los fondos almacenados, aunque una exchange presta un servicio de utilidad no son del todo seguras, por otro lado en una wallet poseemos el control y manejo de nuestros activos, en una wallet somos dueños y la seguridad depende de nosotros mismos.

The idea of using exchanges is to trade and exchange between cryptocurrencies, so there are people who deposit their assets in centralized exchanges and leave them stored there for a period of time, in that time they run the risk of losing their investment, These losses can be caused by hacking or theft by a third party who has access to the stored funds, although an exchange provides a useful service they are not entirely safe, on the other hand in a wallet we have control and management of our assets, in a wallet we are owners and security depends on ourselves.

Desde mi punto lo ideal es realizar nuestros comercios e intercambios y luego almacenar en un lugar seguro nuestros fondos, por esto prefiero a una wallet por su seguridad de almacenamientos, el uso de nuestras llaves y claves están bajo nuestro control, en cierto modo la casas de cambio descentralizadas llamadas DEX, solucionan el problema de las casa de cambio centralizadas, ya que las descentralizadas permiten el manejo y control de nuestros activos de forma mas segura.

From my point of view the ideal is to make our trades and exchanges and then store in a safe place our funds, for this I prefer a wallet for its security of storage, the use of our keys and keys are under our control, in a way the decentralized exchange houses called DEX, solve the problem of the centralized exchange houses, since the decentralized ones allow the management and control of our assets in a more secure way.

Aunque las DEX están en crecimiento, cada vez mas personas están haciendo uso de ellas, lo que limitas a las DEX es el baja liquides y el poco movimiento en el mercado, hasta lo que se presume estas serán el futuro de los intercambios, pero para llegar a ella debemos esperar un poco mas para que los usuarios se vayan sumando y migren a este tipo de exchange.

Although the DEX are growing, but more and more people are making use of them, what limits the DEX is the low liquidity and little movement in the market, until what is presumed these will be the future of the exchanges, but to get there we must wait a little longer for users to join and migrate to this type of exchange.

Yo he usado CEX y no las considero malas, pero tienden a ser inseguras y nuestros fondos están bajo su control, por otro lado la DEX son mas seguras ya que tenemos el dominio de nuestros fondos. Por lo general cuando hago uso de las CEX esos fondos terminan en mi wallet al finalizar el comercio o intercambio, las wallets nos permiten continuar con el principio originario de las criptomonedas que son mantener el poder de nuestros fondos sin controles de un tercero que las almacene o que funcione como intermediario.

I have used CEX and I do not consider them bad, but they tend to be insecure and our funds are under their control, on the other hand the DEX are safer because we have control of our funds. Usually when I use the CEX those funds end up in my wallet at the end of the trade or exchange, the wallets allow us to continue with the original principle of cryptocurrencies which are to keep the power of our funds without controls of a third party that stores them or that works as an intermediary.
