• what is PoB?

PoB is a way to distribute and redistribute rewards from Reward Pool to Writers and Curators. There is a popular system for distributing or redistributing those rewards.

In fact, we achieve this by voting and by voting down. The amount of reward depends on our Steem Power (SP). If we have a lot of SP, PoB works well and we can get a lot of rewards. However, the Author needs to create real content to keep it real and prevent voting down.

Primarily a reward pool, Steem Power influence and decisions made based on quality content together can be described as PoB.

• What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain?

Basically curation means that Upvoting or Downvoting to Authors content in according with a specific set of rules.
To accomlish the Curation there should be curator and they have to concentrate on Upvoting for quality contents and the same for downvoting and repoting or disscussing an action on plagirized content to maintain clarity and preserve value here.And also they have the responsibiltiy to resd Author post and if there is any mistake they should guide him to straight way.
Curation value depends on the influence of steem power ofvthe curator ans Voting time after the article is published.

• What are the benefits of building SP?

Steem power(SP) is the most important thing to stay on limited platform.We should try to increase our SP according to our ability.Because there are many benefits of creating an SP.

• If we need to make us several times in 1 day then we can't post the land in without enough SP.So if we have too much SP we can save our time.And And can send a lot of articals in one day.
• As manager we can increase our salary by increasing steam power.
• We can improve the value of our account by using these goodness more than steam power.If the SP value in our account is high, then other people will use our account on their side.Because we have more votes than we have.
• If we have more Steem Power (SP) and if we are able to install Depot Steem from another exchange to our account, we can support this Ecosystem to be more stable. Thus, we can built for a future.

• How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?

In my opinion this is a bad social brother because When we are making a steemit in limited, we are in the role of new.Apart from this, if both of you roll at the same time, then it will wrong.
Every time we should pay attention to the posts of others to sim till date from poll through vote.Then apart from this, we should have the advice to decide others before casting their vote.Then other than that everyone knows we can make good puss but it doesn't exist to reward our themselves.
In my opinion this is 100% bad practice and if we are casting our vote then it is the effect of the PoB system itself.Then we should try to protect the PoB system for smooth continuation.

What are the different tokens do you earn by socializing in Steem Blockchain?

Basically steem blockchain has 4 parts
1)SP
2)STEEM
3)SBD
4)TRX

SP

( Steem power) a steem Blockchain can be obtained as a reward.Steem Token Steemit is a must to stay in the blockchain.Steem Holder's more get gifts

STEEM

Steem is the name of cryptocurrency and used to transfer to other currency and get more power of Steem.

SBD

( Steem Dollar) SPD is another currency and this system helps to keep the price intact.We can also earn this token as a reward for SPD. We can convert this token in to steem by trading. And we can use the sreemit wallet Market to exchange those token simply.

TRX ( Tron)

TRX is also one of the most trending crypto currency and it is the native currency of the TRON platform. TRX reward is directly proportional to the SP reward and if we 12 SP as rewards, then we can get 12 TRX to the Ratio 1:1.
