In the rules it is said, try to analyze the subject a bit, it is assumed that you completed the achievements of the community of newcomers that explain it.
In Steemit, each screen capture must be referenced, the screen capture was taken by you, however the web page from which you took it is not your own, so you must indicate the web.
Just follow the rules, I am not asking you for anything impossible friend.
