Q.1 What is PoB?

The word PoB is an abbreviation that stands for "Proof of Brain".

In simple words, Proof of Brain is that people can show through its writing and how they present any idea through graphics, acting, etc. It will give good quality content to people. PoB is basically a technique of rewarding the authors for creating good quality content from the reward pool.

The author of the post is rewarded if he served good quality content and the reward is based upon the originality and quality of content. If plagiarism content is found in a post, the author will get a downvote from others and in most serious cases, he should be ban from the community or platform.

• Reward Pool

This is a reward that is collected from the pool of newly mined tokens that are collected in the steem blockchains.
Quality content and proof of brain can be powered by users using their Steem Power to distribute and redistribute rewards.

Q.2 What does curation mean to you in Steem Blockchain?

Curation meaning in simple words is to support the authors or content creator on the steemit platform by upvoting their post. The voting value will be given monetary benefits to authors and it is necessary to motivate the people to create more quality content. But authors will be rewarded only when the author presents their own and unique content. plagiarism is strictly prohibited on the steemit platform.

Curation on steemit will include the following steps:-

• Read the post carefully.

• Give upvote to the post according to the quality of content and presentation

• Leave new ideas in the comment to improve the skills of the author.

• Resteem the post if you saw the content will be beneficial for your followers.

Q.3 What are the benefits of building SP?

Steem power is very important in steemit platform. It Is responsible for your vote value and helps you to get more followers. If you hold more sp in your account then you can get more curation rewards in return. SP simply shows how much you are consistent and serious about the steemit platform. SP is also responsible for creating a post or commenting on the other's post. If you have a higher amount of sp is in your account then you will able to do lots of comments on others' posts.

Q.4 How do you explain self-upvote as a good or bad social behavior & why?

Steemit has never restricted users to self upvote. Users can do vote on their own posts also but according to my view, it was bad social behavior. If we upvote to our own post that will be not as motivating as other votes you. If we post on the steemit and it gives value to the reader then definitely your content will get rewards and upvotes. If we do ourselves upvote then it's like we rewarding ourselves with our own money and it does not give you a feeling of motivation.
