How to set up an account on the Kraken.com exchange
To set up an account on the Kraken.com exchange we will follow the following steps:
- (1). Access the website Kraken.com and on your homepage we click on Create on Count
- (2). The registration page will open, there we must provide:
Email*
Username
password.
Note. It is very important to provide a strong password. This is the initial security step taken to protect your digital assets. Don't provide simple passwords.
The platform itself provides a password, you can opt for this as it is quite secure.Country of residence
And solve a captcha
By performing these steps correctly, the Create account key will be enabled where we will click

I used an address created for this purpose.
(3) A page will open that will ask us to go to our email address and activate the account.
(3a) Let's go to our email and open the Kraken.com email and click on the link to activate the account.
We are already inside Kraken.com the next step is to verify the account.
So we click on Verify your account for cryptocurrencies.
Check your account for cryptocurrencies.
We will provide:
- Name and surname.
- Residence address.
- Phone.
They also ask for an identity document.
After providing the data for verification, we must wait a period of time for it to be verified.
To perform operations we click on Fund your account.
To make exchanges we will choose the one that suits our needs and click on operate.
In this example it is buying XBT (Bitcoin) with USD.
The corresponding amounts are placed in each box.
