An excellent article in which you did well to answer all the questions without exception. Regarding the question of distinguishing between true and false signals, you suggested a solution :
Least but not the last measure is to look at RSI in concordance with other momentum indicators like MACD. Trading professionals have put forth some interesting generalisations in this regard.
- Yes, but it is not the only indicator that can be used in conjunction with the RSI.
