(1) What is price forecasting?

Price forecasting Means when you are predicting the future price of assets. to simplify price forecasting further more, it means when someone explain or tell what will happen in the future about his Asset, commodities, or his cryptocurrencies trades_ by evaluating various factors like it's demand, seasonal trend, or characteristics. by telling what will happen in the future so as to prevent losses, or to invest and make profit.

(2). Discuss on why price forecasting is needed?

• If we Forecasting well, we can do multiple trades in a specific market trend , when we predict the future of our business or asset we can know when the price will increase and when it will fall at a given stage when the price will increase we can do more than one business which can increase profit. Doing multiple trades in a specific market trend, can help to increase our profit

• Price forecasting can help use in both short and long-term investment.
When we know that price can move up from a specific point and possible to come down from a specific point, at this point we can do multiple trades in one trend.
By doing multiple trades in one trend, when the price has move up at this stage one can make good profit, because it involves many trades in a single trend. It is a common log in which we can apply in our cryptocurrencies trading in order to make profit
instance one buy asset when it is low and sell when it is high to make profit through price forecasting.

What methods are best you feel for price prediction/ forecasting.

There are basically three types of price forecasting which are as follows Sentimental, Technical and fundamental.

• Fundamental Analysis
The traders look at the the company and their management team, how they implement new products and supply, they also look at company profit-loss depth. the traders don't look at the current market trend.

• Sentimental Analysis • Sentimental Analysis
Here the traders look at the media, news or discussion which could create fearing or scary situation and result in high volatility in the market. here the market nature could be positive negative or even neutral.

• Technical Analysis
Predict asset price, it also help to show how to identify the market trend, price movement, chart pattern. Technical analysis vis the one that is been applied in by the cryptocurrency traders because it predict asset price. Technical analysis is mostly used in the cryptocurrency market.

4 Take any crypto Asset chart graph and explain how to do price forecasting?

Example 1
This is Ethereum chart from 2019, it shows that their is resistant that is the price is low at this stage.

Example 2
This show that the price will increase base on forecasting, the price increase from 2019 which was 124 to 360 so there is an increased in profit

Example 3
This one show that the price as finally increased price analyst shows that it has reached the 360 which was the target point
