Today is another informative day for me as I have attended professor @stream4u lecture and it was very informative and yet strong.
Here I start my homework task 6.

Q1.Differences in Large Capital - Mid Capital - Small Capital and how they will affect to the Investment?

LARGE CAPITAL ASSET

Large Capital Asset companies are those companies which have a turnover of about 10 billion dollar or even more.
This comes under the category of large capital companies. investing in these companies are very safe and it is very less risky than those of the others. Apart from being safe IN Capital Asset companies you will have to to invest a very large investment and that is not possible for all the people. large capital companies there is one most great thing is that if there comes any crisis just like the recent pandemic you will not lose all your investment because of the large capitalization of the company.

MEDIUM CAPITAL ASSET

medium capital asset companies are those companies which have the turnover of in between 1-10 billion Dollars.They are more risky than large cap companies but at the same time they are more profitable as well and you can make a very good amount of profit on your investment in medium cap companies.

SMALL CAPITAL ASSET

Small cap companies as the name indicates small they are small and mostly they are startup and new companies they are very small these companies turnover is below 1 billion dollars or they can be below 1 billion dollars. These companies are very very risky because they are new and as we all know that some of the new companies always fail because people did not trust the small capital companies and are afraid to invest in it that's why most of the time they close down or vanish.

 Q2.Which type of Asset capital can be more profitable? Why? Advantages and Disadvantages.

I will invest in small cap companies and because they are new and the world is now changing and new things can bring you more profit in future. As we taker example of crypto currency it self when it was first launched ten years ago it was also a small cap company and people who have invested in it that time are millionaire now so sometime small companies can give you more profit than large cap.

ADVANTAGE OF SMALL CAPITAL

Advantage in small capital is that you will only have to invest a very small amount of money and in return you will get a very good profit out of it and your investment can be double or even more.

DISADVANTAGE OF SMALL CAPITAL

Disadvantage of investing in a small cap company is that you can lose all your money because it have no financial backup through which you can restore your lost investment which is I think a very big disadvantage in investing in small cap companies.Source

Q3.Risk Capital and penny Cryptocurrency.

RISK CAPITAL

Risk capital is basically the extra money in your pocket which if you lose will not effect you and also you don't care about it that much. and also you did not expect any return from these investments.

PENNY CRYPTOCURRENCY

Penny crypto currencies are those currencies which a total worth of less than 1$ for example some penny crypto currencies have the value under 1$ which is around 0.0012$, 0.002$ or it can be more less than 0.001$.

If you invest in penny crypto currency from your risk capital I think this will be a perfect combination because you did not expect any returns and it can give you more profit out of a money which you invest with having any return in mind. Everyone of us should invest some pennies in penny crypto currencies and can get some mazing profits.

WHAT IS WATCH LIST?

A watchlist is a list of different crypto curenicies which you pick and make a list out of it and than you follow that list day by day and they can be the currencies you are trading now or the currencies for which you have planes to invest in. A watch list can help you monitor all the interested currencies at one place and than you can easily invest in it.

Q4.How to create a watchlist for your cryptocurrencies

Firstly go to the coin market cap and there select this icon and you will get an option of create new account you have to click on create account to register yourself on market cap.

You will have to fill the required sections, enter your valid Gmail and than set a password for your account to make it secure.

Enter the signup button to get into it.

An verification code will b sent to your Gmail account to verify your account and than you have to go to your Gmail and there you will receive a mail from coin market you have to click verify account and it will get you to a new window where your account will be opened.

Now on the main page you will see a watch list button side corner you have to click on it and than click on the add coins, you will have to select the coins of your own choice and after selecting coins click on the select coins and you are done with your watch list and now you will be able to check the market for your selected coins.

Conclusion

What I think is that investing in small capital asset companies is really profitable and also investing in penny crypto currencies with your risk capital is I think nota bad idea and at least you will get something out of nothing.
Watch list in this case can help us a lot because through watch list you can list all your interested currencies and can check their market and accordingly make a great investment in it.
