How are you doing? I hope you enjoying your life full of fun. this is my Home Work post for Week 2, Season 2 by @stream4u. In this Home Work post, I will explain price forecasting. so, let's get started:

1. What Is Price Forecasting?

Answer:

Basically, It is the method to find out or predict the price of crypto assets. without Price forecasting, any market type of not improved. it provides help both the trader or the investor to grow your assets. with the help of Price forecasting, you will predict the assets either it is growing or not on the basis of day, week, and Year. In another word, we can say that if you grow your crypto assets you will follow the market trend if you not following the market trend then you don't expect that you earn more.

In price forecasting, there are three most important factors that you will consider to grow up your assets. first is fundamental analysis basically, it checks the current assets of the company. and another factor is Technical analysis it helps in form of Charts or graphs etc and the third one is sentimental it helps through the media or public sentiments. these factors help you either the market in an upward trend or downward trend.

2. Discuss on why Price Forecasting is needed?

Answer:

Yes, price forecasting, is a very important factor to grow crypto assets. let's take an example you will understand better. Imagine you have a very small amount of 100$ investment and you look suitable marketplace or coin to invest your money to build your assets. here is the one question will you invest in that market that is Going Down? Your answer is no because you will suffer a loss of your money. here is the reason that you follow the Price Forecasting rules it helps you to determine or predict a good decision.

so, we concluded that it is essential to follow standards of price forecasting methods or tools to increasing your crypto assets.

3.What Methods are best you feel for Price Prediction/Forecasting.

Answer:

There are three types that are most important in price forecasting. these all types I explain above the article but in this section, I will explain one by one in detail. so, here it is:

1.Technical Analysis:

In this type of analysis, we will be considered the technical way of doing it. these are to be support & resistance, chart analysis, price of indications signals, etc. this all methods are applicable depends upon you what you will choose? and what you will understand better manner.

2.Fundamental Analysis:

basically, this type is slightly different from technical analysis. in this analysis investor or a trader not follow the chart pattern. first of all, he observed the various important factors that affect the assets. this observation is based on financial statements, product properties but the investor also sees the whole company performance either it is fine or not because the investor invests his money. so, observed all of the necessary things.

3.Sentimental Analysis:

In this analysis, the investor knows about the situation of the market through digital media like Facebook, Twitter, Insta and Telegram, etc. this type of analysis very helps full in Price Forecasting. The main resource of Sentimental analysis is Twitter it helps a lot both the investor of trader.

4. Take any Crypto Asset Chart graph and explain how to do Price Forecasting? OR Take any Crypto Assets Chart graph & as per its current price tell us what will be its future price for next 1 week or 1 month? You can predict for any direction up or down but explain it properly on what basis you have predicted the price.

Answer:

In the following screenshot of the TRXUSDT trend, the price is going upward and it becomes high and after volatility, the price reaches another line. At price 0.059 Resistance has been shown.

In the above screenshot, our target is achieved at 0.09. after two main points, the price is shown in volatility condition and now it is buying time.

At this time you observer the last screenshot now, it's time to trade TRX. the reason was that the price is high.
