Satoshi Nakamoto is a person or group of people that are regarded as the founder of cryptocurrency. Satoshi Nakamoto is the developer of Bitcoin (BTC).
Satoshi Nakamoto can be portrayed as the maker of Bitcoin and generally the base on which other digital forms of money are worked since bitcoin is the predominant coin. We may accept that Satoshi Nakamoto is the father of bitcoin yet the genuine personality of bitcoin's maker isn't known to date despite the fact that we have a group of people declare to be him.
As per research, his last correspondence was in April 2011 get-togethers digital money was made however its genuine maker is a secret, and all work to divulge who this puzzling maker is have demonstrated unsuccessful. The genuine character is as yet a riddle that should be described.

2. Write on two claims/theories of Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity.

Some of the claims/theories that describe the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto are as follow:

His complete name is Harold Thomas Finney. He is viewed as the pioneer and developer of Bitcoin currency.
Indeed, the story of Bitcoins would be deficient without notice of Hal Finney and his enormous commitment towards its turn of events and overall acknowledgment and assumption.

It is even broadly accepted that he when all is said and done, is Satoshi Nakamoto who present Bitcoin exchanges that could just happen between two people. Individuals accepted that he took cover behind the made-up name. He might be stressed over the reaction of the foundation. This is on the grounds that the idea was a test to the US Dollar.

  • 2. Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto:

Dorian Nakamoto is a Japanese-American who was named the maker of Bitcoin by Leah McGrath Goodman in a Newsweek article in March of 2014. That similarity alone is something to think about. When interviewed by journalists, Dorian was quoted to had said something in the lines of that:

“I am no longer involved. It’s been turned over to others”.

The press had interpreted “it” like Bitcoin.

The whole situation seemed promising until Dorian cleared the air stating that it was a misunderstanding. He was talking about a different project of his.

Before we go to the following point, note that Dorian lived near Hal Finney. This reality fortified the contention of him being the Bitcoin author however it additionally made individuals keep thinking about whether Finney had picked the name of his neighbor to cover his own tracks.

3. Who is Wei Dai?

Wei Dai is a Chinese Computer Engineer who has made a number of impacts on the crypto world. He was instrumental in projects like Crypto++ and VMAC but what was probably his most notable work was b-money.
As a cypherpunk, Dai was one of the early enthusiasts of cryptography and anonymity. He proposed b-money in 1998 as digital cash on an anonymous distributed ledger. It was supposed to be the first cryptocurrency but sadly the work remained just a publication and was never fully implemented.
B-money might have never worked out but it was integral in the success of cryptocurrencies. Satoshi Nakamoto had referenced some of Dai's works on the Bitcoin Whitepaper and been in contact with him through emails. Nakamoto had acknowledged B-money and "expanded" on the idea to create the first successful cryptocurrency.

The Fact that Dai is so important in the crypto world eventually had people wondering if he was the anonymous Bitcoin founder. The similarities between the B-money paper and Bitcoin whitepaper were something that was considered in this theory. Also, Wei Dai was really invested in seeing cryptocurrencies become a success. It's even possible that Dai just changed the name of the currency from B-money to a soundalike Bitcoin.

Despite everything, Dai has never been proven to be Nakamoto himself.

4. What is the current value of Bitcoin on the day you are performing this task? Calculate the USD value of one satoshi of the current value. (Show full working and to 3 s.f).

Calculate the USD value of one satoshi of the current value. (Show full working and to 3 s.f).

Full Working

As at the time of doing my homework the price of BTC in dollars according to the coin market cap is $39,679.33

One satoshi is equal to 1/100000000 bitcoin.

Therefore

1 satoshi = 1/100000000×1 bitcoin

1 BTC = $39,679.33

Now,

1 satoshi = 1/100000000 × $39,679.33
1 satoshi = $0.0003967933
1 satoshi = $0.000396793
1 satoshi =$0.00039679
1 satoshi =$0.0003968
1 satoshi = $0.000397 to 3 sig figures

5. What is the current value of Ether on the day you are performing this task? Calculate the USD value of one Gwei of the current value. (Show full working and to 3 s.f).

According to coin-market-cap, the Current value of 1 Etherium today, being 05/08/2021 is $2799.26

Let' see the picture of that below.

Calculate the USD value of one Gwei of the current value. (Show full working and to 3 s.f).

Full Working

As at the time of doing my homework the price of ETH in dollars according to the coin market cap is $2799.26.

1 Gwei is 1/1000000000 ether.

Therefore,
1 Gwei =1/1000000000×1 ether.

1 ether = $2799.26

Therefore 1 Gwei = 1/1000000000× $2,799.26

1 Gwei = $0.00000279926
1 Gwei = $0.0000027993
1 Gwei =$0.000002799
1 Gwei = $0.00000280 to 3 sig figures.

then click on Ok!

image.png

Now Click on Sign in!

image.png

Here is my History I have Successfully Transfer 0.001 Steem.

image.png

Now I Will transferring 0.0001 Steem To the Same person so you can see on Above Screenshot.

image.png

As you Can see in the screenshot I will get the response that

Use only 3 digits of precision

This means steem allows only 3 decimal places in the transaction and that the smallest unit of steem that can be transferred is 0.001 as seen.

Conclusion

From this lecture, we came to know about Satoshi Nakamoto that Satoshi Nakamoto is the developer of bitcoin, but his identity is not verified anyone knows his real name, but we all know her work his work is so great. Also, we study the claims/theory of Satoshi Nakamoto, Wei dai is the developer of the B-money and is also considered to be the founder of Bitcoin. We also study that Satoshi is the smallest unit of Bitcoin and Giga Wei (Gwei) is the smallest unit of Ether. The smallest value that can be transferred in the Steem Blockchain is 0.001 Steem/SBD.

After all, in the end, I will be thankful to professor @awesononso for this great full explanation and homework.
