We will begin with that blockchain is a very secure technology, the transactions you carry out are irreversible, so you have to be very careful when copying and pasting the sending address since there is a security problem not on the part of the wallet but on the part of the computer of the account owner, since there are infinities of malicious files called malwares, this type of files when they infect your computer they protect inside an encryption especially for when you are inside your wallet and you are sure that you copied the address of delivery of the correct sender, but in reality when you paste it in the wallet the malware does its thing and pastes a default address that it has hosted inside, this gives the hacker the freedom to steal legally, apart from this each wallet has its own security mode either by access code or seed phrase, if we talk about seed phrase we can mention that this is only thrown once, if it is lost unfortunately you lose access to your wallet and lose everything invested.

I will mention several types of fraud that are currently used by hackers

This type of fraud is when your computer is infected with a keylogger virus or malware that allows it to have all your personal data from your wallet at its disposal, the recommendation that I tell you is to download a good antivirus and antimalware on your computer.

To take care of the security of your transactions, always keep in mind that when you are going to transfer, pay attention to the address and sent since after making the transaction there is no return.

Informal coins market icos:

This market is very large, we can mention that there are websites with a large number of icos in the market but how to know which is the correct one, in reality it is not possible to know, because despite the fact that the website throws you millions of offers and marketing to attract For users to invest in said ico, it can disappear overnight without giving explanations, since you are investing in a currency that is not legal in the financial market.

P2p exchanges

This type of scam is common in social networks since they throw us many ads to exchange cryptocurrencies quickly and very easily and at a great price, what happens is that once you contact the exchanger, it asks you to transfer first, and once they have your money, it disappears.

Thank God I have not gone through a scam of this type, but I have met boys who have lost a lot of money when buying icos coins, since the companies that are carrying out the propaganda, invent many things and once they have the customer investment, it disappears without a trace.

In order to avoid a bad experience, I recommend that you maintain all possible security measures on your computer and in your wallet when entering the world of cryptocurrencies, since the wallet has nothing to do with it because problems are always external to it.

Thank you Professor.

Thanks.

In 2018, a lot of people lost money to fake ICOs with scammers coming up with projects that do not exist. I am sure that the rise in scam what was brought up the use of IEOs by exchanges.
