We know of a margin trade a type of lender operation that allows an Exchange to be carried out, not all have this benefit, since it is very complex and several exchanges after having the profit of margins, have decided to eliminate this operation from their exchanges for its complexity and because many people do not understand it and lose a lot of money, it is related as an investment multiplier between several parties, there are margins that can be from x2 to x200 in some cases, to perform this operation you must make a contract with the Exchange and This will approve according to your investment, the amount of margin that you can choose, that said if you carry out an operation having a large margin you can obtain large profits, but this can also be very bad if the market goes backwards, since when you make the contract with The Exchange, the Exchange itself sets a fictitious stop loss according to your initial investment so that the Exchange funds are not affected. If something like this happens and the stop loss is activated, it means that you have lost 100% of your investment, that is why it is extremely risky and cannot be done by anyone without experience in the field of trading.

Planning the margin of a cryptocurrency is extremely difficult, it is predicting the future in ranges. That is why my recommendation is that you do not bet more than you want to lose. And when you make money, learn to retire before you can lose it all.

Leveraged trading is a process by which many exchanges are governed today, but due to its complexity, some have withdrawn this type of operations for their investors, an example of this is the Binance Exchange, world-renowned and is the number one Exchange in capitalization. world in cryptocurrencies, has withdrawn the leveraged tokens from its Exchange for being very difficult to understand, since its investors were losing large amounts of money corresponding to misunderstandings, this caused the Exchange to lose investors and lose capitalization, but currently there are many exchanges that have this type of operations, since each of these exchanges have tokens corresponding to the investment trend, let me explain, if you want to invest upward, then you will have to buy "BULL" token, if you want to invest at the same low, then you will have to buy "BEAR" tokens, there are many exchanges that play with the names to make They are more attractive and increasingly easier for investors to understand. When "Bull" goes low "Bear" goes high and when "Bear" goes low "Bull" goes high. This type of operation can also be acquired for profit margin and professional trading can obtain great benefits in relation to this operation, but inexperienced trading can bring large losses for your investment.

To plan this type of operation in relation to the leveraged tokens, we must know at a strategic point where to enter because we remember that our acquired tokens will be of a single trend and will be governed by the initial margin or the initial point of the purchase, to take forecasts and know the possible point to invest, we must do the following.

- You have to be a trading or handle the different technical analysis on a cryptocurrency, to differentiate possible points of purchase and sale in cryptocurrencies.

I will make the forecast on the price of LiteCoin. "LTC", which we observe a clear uptrend line by the market. Although the BTC is making a correction to continue rising, that is why the value of many cryptocurrencies is making its due correction.

To calculate the price forecast, I focus on the points of purchase and sale, as we can see in the parallel channel "the lower box" is the area in which the so-called fight of "Bulls and Bears" is expected, a fight between bullish and bearish markets to define the trend, in the red line we can see support points that would be great to make the purchase, on day 6 it will finish making the correction until it reaches this line to go up until it reaches the first line of blue resistance and for me it will continue to rise until breaking its established maximum of $ 336 for the day 8 or 9 of May, to continue rising. At the moment it is very good to buy and leave them in holding mode for a couple of days.

This topic is very important because it allows us to know about the margin and leverage operations offered by many exchanges, as well as to know that this type of operation is very risky if we do not have the necessary basic knowledge, before performing this type of operation I must say that it is better to gather more knowledge and make small investments to expand our knowledge.
