Today I'm going to make my Steemit Crypto Academy Homework task by professor @stream4u Course 7 that discuss about Money Management & Portfolio Management. A new and good lesson for me. I will try to discuss it, I hope to make the best investment after this.

Money Management is one of the ways that investors must apply in investing and trading cryptocurrency such as BTC. It is an important thing that must be prepared during investing and trading in order to bring maximum profit. All investments have risks, but by implementing money management, it is hoped the risk will be reduced. There are many things to consider, such as investment capital, savings, profit, types of investment, and possible losses. You can manage money from various aspects of the economy and life. You can maximize your profits and you can minimize the losses in the future. This is the role of money management that will help you manage your money and get more money.

Future plan on your Money Management

For successful money management, of course, you need an important plan that you can do so your cryptocurrency investment and trading run smoothly and bring maximum profit. Some things you can do:

• Selection of Cryptocurrency
  You can choose the right cryptocurrency to bring maximum profit in the future like BTC based on a good analysis of all things involved.
• Emergency Money
  You can set aside emergency money as your savings when there is something urgent. This money can help you when you need money suddenly and it is very important.
• Recording Transactions
  You can record all the transactions that you have done within a certain period of time. You can see the incoming and outgoing money as your evaluation.

Portfolio Management

Portfolio Management is a very influential important action that investors must apply in investing and trading cryptocurrency such as BTC. Every step you take has to go through some good judgment so you can make good decisions. Good asset management will bring you maximum profit and must also have minimal risk. There are many aspects that you have to consider in the future and the possibilities that will happen to your assets. You have to be smart about reading the strengths and weaknesses of investing in cryptocurrency in the short and long term. A strategy followed by the right actions will make asset management run smoothly. This is the role of portfolio management that will help you manage your asset and get more profit.

Future plan on your Portfolio Management

For successful portfolio management, of course, you need an important plan that you can do so your cryptocurrency investment and trading run smoothly and bring maximum profit. Some things you can do:

• Investment Sharing
  You can share your investment by placing it in various cryptocurrencies such as BTC, ETH, SBD and not in one. This will increase your profit and reduce the risk of loss.
• Amount of Investment
  You can determine how much is the right amount of investment in one cryptocurrency such as BTC without having to be in large amounts so if you lose it doesn't waste all your money.
• Save Money
  You can save money as your future savings or as another investment. Every time you get a profit, you can set aside 25% for savings or other investments when you have accumulated a lot.

If you invest based on good research and investigation, of course, investment failure is very unlikely to occur. Indeed, every investment has a different risk of failure or loss. However, if the investment is made without fraud or according to procedures, the investment will be successful in the future. This is where the Money Management and Portfolio Management functions will help you to become a good investor. I have never experienced a failure in investment until now, maybe this is because I only invested in a very safe cryptocurrency, namely BTC.

This is a strategy and steps that are neatly arranged so that it will help you bring in maximum profit and can be additional new assets for you.
