INTRODUCTION OR COMMENCEMENT
The use of blockchain technology is expanding day by day. Due to its multi-dimensional use, it has risen in popularity among the people. Any country or organization can use this technology to simplify the complexity of their work. Many countries have started using it in their various sectors, among them health sector can be said to be significant. Currently a service called E-Health is being provided using this technology. As new fields are created with the passage of time, its use is increasing in scope and growth. Simply, the use of this technology has made our standard of living much easier. It is now a place of great potential.

In many cases it has been observed that in a centralized identity system the personal information of the customers has been stolen or corrupted in various ways. And centralized servers are usually very vulnerable to cyber attacks. It has been seen many times that the government has not been able to provide security to the information of the consumers through various measures. There are many such examples in the health sector.

The main reasons for the use of blockchain technology in the health care industry can be mentioned as decentralization, transparency and immutability. It is often seen in healthcare that there are various discrepancies in the records and copies of the patients. A single patient's identity can be created using blockchain technology, ensuring the integrity of all medical services. Whenever a medical record is created it can be stored in blockchain perfectly.

Later it can serve as an important document as it cannot be changed in the blockchain. If we consider the administrative aspect, we can say that it will play an important role as a record. In addition, the quality of production and supply of medicine has the advantage of its use. The use of blockchain technology will greatly reduce patient costs, time delays and other complications.

• Data Immutability : Persons can't remove their data if it is written once that is lost of privacy. One of the downside of this technology is data immutability. Basically I want to said that the network of blockchain can be regulated or administrated by an institution if they own fifty percentage or more than its nodes. Because it is vulnerable.

• Need Professional or Expert Knowledge : Special knowledge is required to use blockchain technology in healthcare. It requires specialized knowledge from implementation to control functions which is largely difficult. Multiple experts are needed to overcome this complication.

CONCLUSION

Blockchain is basically ledger technology. Due to the advantages of decentralization, immutability, security, privacy, the use of blockchain technology in the health care is the demand of the modern time. This technology will greatly simplify the quality of life of the people by saving all the time and cost. The use of this decentralized technology in the health sector does not require the authorities to rely on any centralized authority. After all, we can say that using it will change our lives a lot.
