Steemit Crypto Academy Contest / Season 8 Week 4 - Blockchain Oracles
Greetings to the entire Steemit Crypto Academia community, we hope everyone is well and enjoying this 8th season of the Steemit Engagement Challenge.
We are already finishing the 3rd week and giving start to this 4th week, for this week we want you to be able to research Blockchain Oracles and give your opinion about each question posed.
Contest theme: Blockchain Oracles
The interaction between the real world and blockchains is necessary; because in that way blockchains can develop their power. Blockchain Oracles are one of the tools that blockchains use, to be able to interact with the physical world.
Blockchain Oracles are the medium that communicates the cryptographic world with the physical world, so blockchains can develop all the potential they have to offer to people.
When Smart Contracts require information to execute an order, that is where oracles come in, giving the information required for a certain order to be executed. An oracle's main function is to nourish the blockchain with the necessary information.
There are different types of Oracles Blockchains, centralized Oracles, and decentralized Oracles.
What is the expectation of this challenge?
Do you know what Blockchain Oracles are? We want to know your opinion.
What are the types of Oracles?
What do you think about decentralized Oracles?
Give us a use case of a decentralized Oracle.
