Differences in Large Capital - Mid Capital - Small Capital and how they will affect to the Investment?

It is more riskier to invest with this assets/companies than that of large cap. This actually becuase, it tends to be more volatile than Large cap and on the long run can also transform in to large cap.

These type of assets/companies is that one that has a market cap of just $300 and $2 million and can not go above its market capitalization. What makes them unsafe is the low likelihood that they will be fruitful over the long haul. This makes the supplies of such assets/companies unstable in nature. Now lets talk about the diffrences.

To my opinion, and based on what is written above about the three assets/companies, i will decide to choose Mid Cap as my investment capital and i am actually choosing this asset because of the following reasons.

• Mid-cap assets get less monetary media inclusion, yet are more promptly ready to change than Large cap assets and furthermore, offer more noteworthy growth potential

These are just but few of them, but for my own watchlist, i am using Coinmarketcap.com and you can see below from the screenshot, the list of coin i have set in my watchlist.

On the above watchlist i have selected the coins which i am currently holding and the ones i plan to hold. I have created the watchlist to track those very coin that are listed there. and on the hand, i have set an email notification that will also help me to track the coins.

Risk Capital and Penny Cryptocurrency

Um, when talking about penny, Like the prof - @stream4u has laid out. I will say they are those cryptocurrency which their markets is below 1USD, and based on further research, they can be splited into 3 different categories which are:

• New Lunched Crypto - This are crypto coins that are just coming up and are new to the market, sometimes they are not widely known.

• Stagnant Crypto - as the name implies 'Stagnant', it means not moving. They have been in the market for a very long period of time without fluctuating in price.

• Crashing Cryptos - As the name implies, it could be so fearful to invest in, but they are cryptos that used to worth it but due to market turn ups, they took a dip in price.

My Thought on Risk Capital and Penny Cryptocurrency

Sometimes, investors tend to invest in top crypto coins like BTC, sometimes because of its popurlarity and liquidity. But currently, investors are now targeting this penny cryptos because of their cheap price and huge growth.

Although one might be afraid of the high risk, but based on history, it is there that investing in smaller cryptos (penny cryptos) can be worth it. Lets take steller Rumens & XRP as an example, they have climbed over the years and currently with huge players. To me, i will choose to invest in penny cryptos because of its cheep price, however, i am now seeing that investors are now investing in more obscure coins.

When talking aout risk capital, it is actually the funds apportioned to speculative action and utilized for high-risk, high-reward investment. Enhancement is key for effective investment of risk capital, as the possibilities of every speculation will in general be unsure essentially albeit the profits can be far better than expected when an investment succeeds.
