INTRODUCTION

Hello steemians of the steemit Crypto Academy, warm greetings to you all, I'm glad to be in this engagement challenge once more, it gives me the chance to learn and also share my knowledge on cryptocurrency at the same time earn money for it, meet new friends and people, gather skills of life, learn new life hacks.

Today I'll be making mention on one of my best blockchain concept, which I think surpasses, the others and I'll be writing on it, hope you learn one thing or another from it.

PROOF OF BRAIN CONCEPT (PoB)

In the SteemitCryptoAcademy, I got to learn something about various concepts which I found interesting like the **history of blockchains that is from it's creation, the blockchain protocols, the blockchain tokens and reward systems but the one which got my utmost attention was the Proof of Brain (PoB) concept. This intrigued me because I related to it, it was the most hard way of mining crypto but it was also the most intelligent way.

Blockchain An online system in which a trail of informations gotten in the system are stored as blocks across several computers that are linked in a peer-to-peer network.

This information is usually encrypted, and can't be easily accessible by hackers in that system making it safe, but also it is sometimes decentralized meaning not entirely hidden from anyone in or out of the system but can't be hacked for any changes.
Proof of Brain This is a blockchain protocol which is based on the use of smart and social content creation by publishers who want to earn cryptocurrency, it is a scalable and cheap blockchain protocol opened for all users to earn a fee- less token known as STEEM
In the steemit platform, this is an advantage for bloggers who are not able to host a blogging site,maybe because of their lack of money or resources, so it's an alternative way of earning money while they write and spread information.

The PoB protocol is used alongside Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) in blockchains such as Steemit alone, so far no other blockchain has adopted such a protocol in their systems.

The motive of this protocol is to implore the use of raw computing power by the users of this protocol to generate new blocks, users all over the world compete by creating new quality contents on the blockchain for getting the token.
The protocol is known to be very efficient since it can't be corrupted, and gives everyone an equal chance of earning provided you produce the best content. It also leverages on the users to determine which content is rewardable by giving voting powers to everyone. These votes will give income to both the voter and content creators.

CONCLUSION

The PoB protocol is interesting because of its inovative functions, not only is the protocol efficient, it is also less consuming unlike the Proof-of-work POW protocol which entails the use of high power machines in creating blocks. PoB is advanced in the sense that it makes the steemit blockchain more accessible and decentralized, and easy to earn STEEM, this is a great opportunity for those who don't have opportunity to get other cryptocurrencies.
