✓what is POB?
POB is the acronym for Proof of Brain. POB is the means steem is earned in the steemit blockchain. It consists of 2 mechanism which are the reward pool and the stake weighted mechanism.

1. Reward Pool
   These are those token that the steemit platform uses to Reward their users for their participation like creating quality contents, making comments, resteeming posts, partaking in community contest. This is called author's reward. Also, the reward pool is also gotten from voting other users posts, you get rewarded in steem power for this, this is called the curator's rewards
2. Stake weighted Participation
   In this mechanism, steem users can upvote or downvote a post. The use of the brain is implied here to either give a 100% or 50% upvote or downvote a post. This judgement is taken based on the quality of the content, the originality of the content.
   It is worthy of note that if a post is downvoted, it is for these reasons
   •Plagarism
   •Spamming
   •Use of hate speech or trolling
   •Disagreement of Rewards

✓What does curation mean to you on Steem Blockchain
Curation means the Reward given to a post or comment judging through the quality and originality of the content. It is like an encouragement or support given to a user to continue the good work of making quality contents. You can get curated from a user's account or a community account. Curation is one means to earn on steemit. When your post is curated, it is done using steem power. The weight of the curator's steem power will determine the weight of his vote.

✓What are the benefits of building Steem Power
There are many benefits and advantages of building your steem power on the steemit blockchain
•Steem Power shows the level of maturity and advancement in the steemit platform.
•A high steem Power equals a high voting power. The power of a vote on steemit lies on the degree or amount of Steem Power accumulated. A user who has built her steem power to 4000 Steem power has more voting power than a user with 300 steem power.
•Steem Power makes a user influencial and popular on the steemit blockchain. Most of the people we know and tag to our blogs are people who have built and accumulated steem power over time. They got to the influencial position because they build their steem power
•Building Steem power also shows on our curation reward. Since when we vote a percentage comes back to us, with a high steem power, we get more percentage than users with low steem power
•For one steem power we build by powering up our steem, one Tron is given to us. This is a bonus Reward for building Steem

To understand this question, I'll explain what self upvoting means.
Self upvoting is simply voting for yourself. This is making a content and still voting for the content with your steem power.
Self upvoting is totally a bad social behavior and highly frowned at on the steemit platform just like Plagiarism is.
Steem Blockchain is not a one man's show, it is a platform for socialization through participation and interaction, that's the goal of steemit platform.
On steemit, people socialize by making posts, commenting on posts, resteeming posts and also voting post. Other users visit your blog to evaluate your posts using the Proof of Brain, they check if it's worthy of upvoting or not, so when you upvote yourself, you automatically defeat the reason for socialization.
So, Self upvoting is totally a bad social behavior on steemit.

✓What are the different Tokens you earn by socializing on Steem Blockchain
Socialization on steemit involves making posts, commenting, resteeming and voting. Through these means you get voted for. These are the token you earn

1. STEEM
   On the steemit blockchain, steem is the major token here. You can earn steem when you get voted or Participate in contest. Steem can be transferred from one account to the other, it can be sold in the exchange markets. Steem also can be powered up to Steem power.
2. STEEM DOLLAR
   This is a derivative of Steem. When your post gets voted, by default setting you acquire 50% of the total vote in steem dollar. Steem dollar can be sold, transferred to another account, it can also be converted to Steem. Currently, 1SBD is 12STEEM
   3.STEEM POWER
   The mitochondria (Power house) of the steemit blockchain is stored in the Steem power. In the steem power lies the functionality of the steem, this is because posting, commenting, voting all needs steem power to function. By default, 50% of the total vote goes to the steem power except it is altered. The steem power gives influence on the steemit blockchain. Curators are rewarded in steem power, they vote using steem Power, they get steem power in return, but in a higher percentage. Steem cannot be sold or transferred, but can be powered down to Steem.
3. TRON
   Tron is the newly added cryptocurrency on steemit blockchain. It is like an added Reward for every steem power we build.
   1 Steem Power = 1 Tron

✓How would you use your Tron earned on steemit blockchain to optimize profits in the Tron Ecosystem
