Summary Of My Work As A CryptoAcademy Promoter - Week 01 Ends Today 04/12/2021 || By @b-naj

INTRODUCTION

Warm greetings to all my fellow promoters, professors, students and Steemians in general. I am @b-naj, a promoter of the Steemit Crypto Academy Community, and Steemit as a whole. This is my very first official summary of my work, although i have been doing my best ever since, to recruit and guide my newbies for Steemit, as i nurture towards the part to becoming an active and reputable Crypto Academy Student.

ACCOMPLISHED AIM OF THIS WEEK'S PROMOTION

The main aim was to create a solid team of promoter (via impacting a wider knowledge and adding to what they already know) for the Crypto Academy Community, as i successfully prepared the mindset of fast uprising potential Students for the Community.

METHODS AND GUIDELINES USED TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL THIS WEEK

Before now, i wasn't aware of the fact that weekly updates could be created to keep tabs on the progress made as a Crypto Academy promoter. Haven said that, here are the majors i took for this week to achieve my promotional goal.

After realizing that newbies become reluctant after being introduced into the Steemit Blockhain, i decided to make this week a follow up week wherein;

• Created a whatsapp group open to all, for interactions and familiarization amongst all my newbies.
  

• Preparing them so as to build a solid team of promoters and educators in regards to the Steemit blockchain in general.

• Provided timely assistance.
  

• I did my best to clarify doubt, while mentoring them to aid in time of crisis.

• Encouraged the continuation process for completion of the Achievement Tasks (at least completing up till Achievement 4 Task), and also created awareness on the advantages of time management, while using my experiences as a good example.
  

• Encouraged and educated them on the benefits that comes with powering up.

• Did my best to change their perception of Steemit being a quick/free money paying site, and making them understand that it is much more than what they see as newcomers (using my experiences as an example).
  

• Providing links to my weekly homework posts, with screenshots of my grades, as means of encouragement and preparation for their admission into the community, so as to ease their level of familiarization upon participating in their 1st homework.

• Telling them about the club5050, club75 and club100 programs.
  

• Told them more about the Crypto Academy and strictly condemned any form of plagiarism and/or account duplicate/fraud.
  

RESPONSE

Below is the shortlist of the few who partook in the sessions hosted by me this week. This few are the potential recruits into my promotional team, as i await their admission upon qualification into the Steemit Crypto Academy Community.

PROMOTIONAL METHODS AND GUIDELINES TO BE USED THIS UPCOMING WEEK

• Adverts via social media platforms, for an online recruitment session program.
• Preparations on how to proceed with a Cryoto Academy Series on Whatsapp, for interested newbies (not yet qualified for crypto academy classes), wherein they can also answer crypto academy homework and the best students get a percentage of what ever i earn from the said homework for that week. (I hope this is allowed and legal, if not, please feel free to advice me on this).

CONCLUSION

I am so glad to be able to contribute in my own little way, to the forward/progressive movement of the Steemit Blockchain, as it revolutionizes the world. To Be A Crypto Academy Promoter Is To Eradicate Unemployment/Poverty in your Community.
