Yes, you are right it is not a perfect BRB though it retested the resistance 2 times and created a double top pattern then came down but double bottom on the resisance level is also part of price action.

In my second trade, it was a shorting opportunity and my sl got hit. I took the entry as soon as the price crosses the previous swing low the breakout one.
