Differences in Large Capital - Mid Capital - Small Capital and how they will affect to the Investment?

Large Capital:
Large capital defined as the companies with a market capitalization of more than $10 billions. These companies are largest in crypto world and there coins are ranked in top 10.

In large capital, investment is less risky than others because they were very large companies and their coin worth is also huge. But huge amount of money is required to invest in this capital. And you will have a profit after 1 to 3 years.

Mid Capital:
Mid capital are defined as the companies with a market capitalization of between $10 billion and $1 billion. These companies coin are ranked in between 10 to 50.

There are more risk in this capital than large capital. There will be possibility of good profit and in other hand there is also a possibility of lost all your investment because many mid capital currencies come and go with in weeks.

Small Capital:
Small capital defined as the companies with a market capitalization below $1 billion. These cryptocurrencies are ranked out of the top 50 in the list of All cryptocurrencies list.

Risk is low in this capital compared to other capital. The value of these coins are not so much that's why investing in this capital is much easy than others. But there is a possibility of lost all your investment because in small capital it depends on founder, he can easily dumped his coin and all the investors of this coin go down to zero.

In my view, small capital is more profitable than others. Everyone can invest in this capital with a small amount of money. And there is a very high possibility of having profit 10 to 100 times of your invested money.

Advantages of Small Capital:

• Small amount of money is required to invest in this capital

Disadvantages of Small Capital:

• High risk of losing all your invested money.

Risk Capital:

Risk capital are those capital which are not affect your financial health. Means we spending money on our daily life's like buying clothes, bread, groceries etc. This spending of money doesn't affect our financial health. So, we forgot this investment. These types of investment are risk capital in which we forgot about it after investment.

Penny Cryptocurrency:

These are the cryptocurrencies with a value of less than a dollar. Investing in this currency is easy and you can invest huge amount of money in it and if a penny cryptocurrency rise in a small rate, you can get a good profit because you invest in huge amount.
But you have to check these currencies on daily basis. There graphs goes up and down in no time.

Watchlist is very important for any investor who invest his/her money in crypto world. There is always a need of research about currencies before investing in it. So, that's why watchlist is important for having an eye on your desired coins.

How to make a watchlist in coingecko.com?
First of all go to coingecko

Then sign up in coingecko, if you are not have a account, then make it.

Then go to All coins and make your desired Watchlist by adding your liked coins.

It is important to choose right asset for investment. Go to invest in penny cryptocurrencies and small capital. Risk is high but you have to take some risk to gain more profit. And it is also easy to invest in small capital or in penny cryptocurrency. Study good and have an eye on the graph of that currency you want to invest.
