#GRAFFITI OF MY CITY № 3- In the footsteps of the Monkey.

Hello again to all friends of the Steem/Brumk community, hello @slon21veka!

Today I want to show you a compilation I've been doing for several months of graffiti by the artist @monodemono.

The island of Ibiza is full of these funny little monkeys, in the area where I live, Sant Antoni there are a lot of them. Maybe the graffiti artist lives near Sant Antoni.

Through social networks I contacted monodemono, and he kindly informed me of some places where I could find his work.

Some of his drawings have already disappeared or have been vandalised, it's a fact of life in the graffiti world.

I show you the collection, starting with some graffiti from the Festival Club, an old abandoned discotheque. In this place, it is difficult to keep a piece for a long time, there are many graffiti artists who come there to paint, and they do it on graffiti that has already been done.

The monkeys at the entrance of the disco welcome us, in their original version and in their "cactus" version.

They also appear on the road leading to the discotheque, on the Carretera de Sant Agustí.

In Ibiza town, in the car park of the multiplex cinemas, we find the monkey-cactus again.

We even find it on the highest point of the island... the mountain of Sa Talaia.

In the neighbourhood where I live, in Cala de Bou, there is a huge unfinished and abandoned hotel. It was quite an adventure to get in and climb to the upper floors, as some graffiti artists almost chased us away.

This is the structure of the hotel, in the upper floors I could find several monkeys.

In the area of Cala de Bou there are many of them, one of them in an "ice-cream" version.

Monodemono also draws birds!

In the centre of Ibiza giving us good advice "life is to live it, the head to use it and the advice to respect it".

Finally I show you a picture taken by our friend steemer @xaviduran in Valencia (Spain), curiously checking his archive he saw the monkey and kindly gave me the photo to add it to this post.
