I think there is hardly any real immunity to this; we all have our weak moments and dissatisfactions. But: we can be aware of them and control them in a targeted way. To do this, we have a set of values within which we operate. Staying true to this seems to me to be the most important individual goal.
This is what I meant to say, that we can control our weaknesses if we are determined.
