John is not a reliable member of their team. If one of their team members did something unethical, the entire team would be jeopardized. If John dislikes this type of abuse work, he should not work for them and should have quit earlier.
Yes, the thing about morality... Is it moral for John to betray his people? Would it be better to do something deeply immoral with them? Is it possible to find and consolidate one's moral position only belatedly? Is repentance moral?
Apart from that, in clan structures and gangs it is indeed challenging for the individual to escape the established system of hierarchies and violence.
I am also a positive person ;-)) And that's mainly because I believe in change and further development.
Yes, we all have flaws. All our five fingers aren't the same, and we can't make all squared. Therefore, it is better to correct the error at least later.
